Best video of the year on the channel. Wow I had no idea Roller Derby was from Litchfield, my grandma was born there. I started skating in 1986, Schmitt Stix was a board company. I didn't know who Paul was at that time. I has 2 pairs of those shoe skates. I've had 3 boards with metal wheels, great for making sparks, bad for grip, and way too short and skinny.

Absolutely. I enjoy seeing different eras skating together. Part of the reason i enjoy Bryce Wetstein skating. She combines almost all the eras in her bag of tricks.

It really is. I graduated in ‘03 and turn 40 in a week. It’s really cool to see a look back to not only when I was younger, but even further before that. It seems like only yesterday I was in middle school making wish lists out of mail order CCS catalogs haha…

Paul Schmidt did not waste his time. I myself found this vid informative and interesting. I'm sure alot of others did as well. Just cause you don't like kyro it doesn't mean other skaters are not watching his vids
