I never realised there were so many of them. I guess it was great that the show took advantage of the cast's musical talents: Johnny Galecki actually plays the cello, Mayim Bialik actually plays the harp (but none of her renditions were mentioned here, sadly), Jim Parsons actually plays the theremin and Simon Helberg actually plays the keyboard.
By the way, the Bollywood number was hysterical and it's just 9th... and the epic bongos scene only an HM? Also no mention of Sheldon's "We will rock you" cover followed by the iconic line "I have an eidetic memory. Sometimes it's a curse."? 😂
@Sharon 20 y.o - check my vidéó It was so unexpected that it was funny. I also related to it because I, having an eidetic memory myself, can't stop playing a song in my head either whenever I remember it.

I’d like to point out that in the Cello apology, Leonard had nothing to apologize for. Alex was the one hitting on him and he didn’t even realize it until she asked him to dinner, and when he did find out he directed all of his confidence over it onto Penny. Penny however, reacted to it like he was having an affair or something even though he clearly didn’t do anything wrong. I understand she was feeling insecure about their relationship, but she should’ve taken it like a woman.
Penny has a problem with Alex's attraction to him & that he's pleased by her attraction to him.
Also, I think Sheldon was unduly reprimanded by HR. While under normal circumstances what Sheldon said to Alex really crossed the line, what is totally ignored was the impetus for Sheldon's talk to Alex, her hitting on another employee. So she should have been brought before HR for her behavior too.

I liked Sheldon and Penny singing while they made Pennyblossoms.
It's amazing that Simon has the best top4 to top1 musical moments. He's so talented.
Penny appears to not really have any friends before Bernadette is introduced. That's bizarre considering that she's young, has good social skills, is of well-above-average looks, outgoing & quite likeable.
I think that's because on TV, girls don't make good friends. They're always backstabbing and giving each other phony compliments.
@Christopher Bingham I think you also have to consider she was new-ish to town in season 1 and so wasn't particularly close to those friends and latched onto the guys rather quickly. The guys - and then Bernadette and Amy - became her closest and dearest friends. No one really got a look in after that.

No, I don't agree with the picks, because I think Raj and Bernadette's Bollywood performance should've been number 1, not number 9 with a lot of lame bits being ranked higher. The singing, the dancing, and overall production value, and the adorable chemistry between Raj and Bernadette should've easily made the Bollywood scene number 1. That said, I'm totally biased because I, along with Raj, was upset when Bernadette accepted Howard's proposal. By that time, Howard had implied in multiple episodes that Bernadette wasn't hot. I felt bad for Bernadette saddling herself with Howard... and you notice she was a much nicer character before being chained to a guy who regularly disrespected her, then she became a bully. Howard brought out the worst in Bernadette. I always thought the show should've explored in BBT reality Raj's fantasy of being with Bernadette. They were a much more natural pairing, and Raj from the start of the series wanted a committed relationship, whereas Howard was content being a sleazy creeper and could've easily ended up being the one without a committed relationship in the final episode, and it wouldn't have been a problem.
I love TBBT and all their musical moments!! However Leonard singing ‘I Gotta Feeling’ should have made the list.

Have no problem w your musical choices but just wished to add that for me, personally, two other musical moments stand out in my mind (shockingly both including Sheldon). The first is the work song he sang w Penny in order to make their work move along faster. A sea shanty? In any case, I adored that entire scene. And the second musical moment comes when Sheldon is scared about making a public speech & ends up getting drunk. Which, as you played one such moment, is always amusing. In this one he ends up singing the Elements song, and manages to throw out the inappropriate racial comments (that clearly came from his mom). Mary doesn’t appear nearly so racially insensitive in Young Sheldon, but she’s definitely cringe-worthy in TBBT & one of the few traits that Sheldon shares w his mom is a tendency to do the same at random, horrifically Inappropriate moments - generally while talking w Human Resources at work.
Of course, w his Broadway background, Jim Parsons won’t ever sing poorly so the show has to come up w ways for him to look silly or foolish instead. In any case, I’m glad you picked Howards song to Bernadette as #1 bc it was so heartwarming it still makes me cry every time I see that scene. The lyrics of the song are so heartfelt, sung perfectly by Howard (w his Greek chorus) and it was the perfect Valentine. 🥰
In the whole Tiki Karaoke segment my favourite was Sheldon singing at the end with that final note along with the fact he was drunk still makes me smile.
In another karaoke where Sheldon sang "In the Jungle" with James Earl Jones, that was also funny.
Bernadette doesn't improve Howard's life. He's more scared of her than he is of his mother.
