I can’t believe how humble you are! You never forget that Coach Greg is like our godfather in the “get in shape” world LOL And I love your personality too! Thank you for everything you do!! I love your channel
I learned this way of eating from Greg Doucette, been eating this way for months, along with good training and cardio I am leaner than ever before and like Rem says, i feel like I'm barely even trying!!! I don't feel deprived and honestly can see this sustaining forever! People think I must be hungry a lot... opposite...dude I am never hungry. It's insane. Frickin jackpot!
Same... People are like "you're too strict with yourself". I'm eating my Top 4 meals (french toast, chicken, ice cream and pizza) every single day and I'm getting leaner. Is that supposed to be a bad thing?
Fr tho at first i followed a boring ass diet to lose weight as well and i did lose abit of weight but i coildnt see myself doing it forever then i found out about greg and it feels like im not on a diet lol i went from 235 lbs to 180 since
Boys, this is the only normal way to live life. Eating boiled broccoli and chicken may make you gains but it’s a bland life. I will never compromise enjoying life over being fit. Anabolic for life!
Use some sort of veggie noodle whether it be zucchini noodles, or even chickpea noodles/some sort of plant based with protein. Use a low calorie sauce, and ground turkey. Then what ever non fat cheese you can find. Easy.
You could do it easily with turkey meatballs, there are egg based noodles that are lower calories than regular pasta with much more protein and you can use a low calorie sauce.
Carb nada, I can’t say it enough. It’s so good. 170 calories and 15g or protein, 24g of carbs with 7g of fiber. Maxes some with grilled chicken and white queso cheese over the weekend.
It took me close to a year but I've finally got the hang of what works best for my body. I literally eat the same thing all week for my main meals then switch around the snacks or cheat meals for variety. Sounds boring and ppl make fun of me for eating the same stuff all the time but they dont have much to say about it when they see the shape I'm in. I went from 225lbs to 190 which I'm at now and I started 10 months ago but have maintained the 190 lbs for 4 months now while steadily building lean muscle. Meal prep is king. I would never be able to stick to anything if I had to wing it for every meal!
Coach Greg is a genius! I’ve been following his style of diet and I’ve had great results and am not miserable doing it! You and Doucette have the best recipes!
I buy lavash bread on the regular now cuz of my dude and G hughes sauce. I dropped alot of weight in 6 weeks and I dont feel like I'm even on a diet which is crazy. I've struggled all my life and now I'm eating good and lifting and doing cardio and dont feel like shit anymore. Thanks Rem! Started at 240 and now I'm 215
Persoanl preferences: French Toast > 4 slices of bread, 200g eggwhites, 30g choclate protein, cinnamon and sweetener (have 6 of them per day) Pizza > 1 wrap, 100g turkey pepperoni, 1 can of tuna (100g), 80g fat free cheese for the sauce: 100g sieved tomatos, basil, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic powder and a pinch of salt Looking at my cal for the day I still got 1100 to go and honestly, the thought of eating already tires me out. Weighting in at 134kg last week, so don't go thinking I'm on a 1800 cal diet... this morning I was close to 129, so great progress and my unconditional thanks to coach and rem
The pizza I make is G Hughes sweet spicy bbq sauce, chicken, green peppers and onions. With oregano on top. All on Joes lavash bread. It’s like 450 cal 72g protein (6oz chicken)
Natures own whole wheat and great value whole wheat are both 60cal per slice. I prefer these over the white bread because the white bread falls apart easily when tossing it in the egg white
You and Greg have helped me so much with dieting. I’ve been eating right ever since the gyms have been reopened and have never looked or felt better. I still crave bad stuff sometimes but my mindset is now getting the most out of each meal. I watch sugar and fat though too.
Dude this channel is everything! I made my own version of an anabolic bbq chicken with sweet onion and turkey pepperoni yesterday, and it was 858 calories and 106 grams of protein! Kept me full all day!
late to the show, but i think you’ve saved me. you and greg. i’ve seen your videos in my feed millions of times and i wish i would’ve checked your channel out sooner because i can’t stop watching and saving your videos!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've tried to explain hitting high protein macros and staying under 1800 calories to my cousin, he is getting on my case about eating as much protein to lose weight as he was when bulking, he cant get his head around it. Im down 30-35 lbs in two months by just IF and using these recipes. The pizza wraps are an absolute blessing. Love those. I dont get to eat the breakfast, just due to work and my sleep schedule, but Im sure Id love those too. Lol
Some of my personal favorites! Barilla Protein Plus Pasta - 10g protein per serving Ole xtreme wellness tortillas - 50 calories ea Almond milk - 25 calories Stubbs BBQ sauce - 25 calories Cary's sugar free syrup PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
Love Cary's syrup! Trying out Mrs. Butterworth this week since it was on sale. Also, I looked at nutrition label for ole Xtreme tortillas and I believe they are lying. They seem a lot closer to 75 cal per tortilla based on macros and weight calculations.
Tried it but Man was it Soggy and just crap. When I switched to the Normal ass white bread it was Fluffy and Thick, changed the Game up lol. Either way, If it works for you then Hell yeah!
Nature's Own has a honey wheat bread that's 50 calories, but I find its a little more similar to thickness/size of regular bread. I personal really like the sweet that the honey adds. Unfortunately, its more expensive and I mainly find it in 16oz loaf instead of 20oz.
Jimmy dean turkey sausage crumbles for your pizza..only got to use a quarter cup or so for your pizza and it’s mostly protien, also try archer farms (target brand halo top).
If you're near an HEB then you're probably near a Braum's, which now has some awesome carb watch bread for $1.79 a loaf. Luv it! And can't beat their grass fed beef & cheeses.
As a person with diabetes carbs and sugar are the killer. Can I implement your meal program without crashing blood sugar? At present weight working is a tough task and would have to begin with walking and tension bands. Is this doable? Thanks
Over time the lack of healthy fats I.e. olive oil, avocado, nuts etc take a *huge* toll on your hair skin and nails etc. I’ve been on this type of lifestyle eating for about 6 months and although Ive lost all the weight I needed or wanted to I really regret it. I had extremely thick long hair and I’ve lost about 60% of it. It’s so thin now. I’ve seen a few specialists and they all agree it’s the lack of fats. The unfortunate truth is that we need all of our macros. As much as these habits results in being lean, we lose our health in the process. I will definitely eat things from his cookbook still. But all day everyday it’s just not conducive with good health. xoxo
Thats what i have been noticing too, his carb intake is so high in comparison to his fat intake so he will and other people who follow this will develop severe health conditions and insulin resistance since he only eats 25g of fat a day in 2200 calories
So Will brought me to Greg and Greg brought me to this Man. Im started with 160kg after feeling like shit since my moms death, gained almost 35kg back in a short Time that i lost in the years before by just laziness (ordered food, buying cheap meals, eating A SHITTON of Bread). In a week i lost almost 5 kgs now, and starting at the third day i felt like i have so much more energy which actually for me is the most important thing...i was always happy but my body starts to say "loose some fking weight already" in about 4 weeks my injury on achilles should be healed and i can use my homebike properly again. The toughest Thing about "dieting" or rather eating like this isnt even the cooking...its the amount of stuff i have to eat to get to my calorie goal for the day. And yes i know how that must sound coming from a 160kg Man :D Im so used to small Portions of Calorie dense crap, not bigass Meals with good makros. Thanks for all the Recipes to all 3 of the guys and im gonna Stick with this because this meals i really can get behind. Not that stupid diets doctors made me do my whole childhood one after another. (i Dont blame them for my weight problem, thats on me i know that) Im going to buy your cookbook in a few weeks for sure, even tough translating and finding equal stuff in the stores around me is tough (Thank someone for Amazon :D) i feel like germany shrinked their "no sugar/no fat" production of things for regular stores. I just love that you weight everything in gramms, so i only have to recheck the oven temperatures into celsius ;) Going for around 2,9k Calories (500 defizit) i end the days at around 2,7k using myfitnesspal right now. Trying to get 40%Protein, 35%carbs and 25% fat... is it too much Protein in a long run or am i good to go? thanks for all your work ;)
Rem, you should really try out Swerve next time you're at the store. It's zero calorie just like other sweeteners, but it taste just like sugar as opposed to other ones that have this bitter taste with them.
If you can find La Banderita Carb Counter or Ole Xtreme Wellness wraps, I prefer them to the Lavash bread. Lots more fiber and less calories per serving. For pizza sauce, I'm a fan of just getting a can of crushed or pureed tomatoes and making a sauce out of that. Hands-down better taste than any jar stuff. Track down a spice mix you like and go with it. I think no-fat mozz had a weird taste to me at first, but using my usual sauce recipe, I was able to push it aside. By now, I don't even notice that funky taste. If you're a weirdo like me, you can do the same thing and get a 10/10 low calorie ranch by just mixing equal parts buttermilk, no fat mayo (how this is possible, I don't know), and however many tablespoons as they say on a hidden valley powdered jug (Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix), and let it sit for an hour or so. Good until the buttermilk expires. Unless you're guzzling this stuff, its caloric footprint is negligible to be honest
Rem, great video. Have you done a meal prep video since your cookbook came out? I usually try to meal prep for the whole week and cook most my food on Sunday. Would love to see what that would look like. Thx!
This is my favorite video of yours! I buy almost exactly the same things from the store. But I love spinach! It adds volume and helps me feel full. OMG that popcorn is so good! Yum!
just to make sure, is the canned pumpkin the canned filling or just regular pumpkin? the filling has more carbs, so i guess its the regular pulp thing ?
Josephs lavash are hard to find near me in Texas, I went to amazon but its expensive. However at HEB i tried their Flatout pizza crusts, they’re 130 calories so a little more but honestly they’re great. I usually just bake them with toppings at 10 minutes. Tastes delicious
This all looks fun and games, but I feel like there is more to nutrition than macros. I just feel a lot better eating the classic meals, I love them and they make me feel amazing. When I tried eating anabolic, it doesnt feel clean.
@minecraft creeper fruits and veggies dont give all the vitamins you need especially the fat soluble ones since it is in precursor form rather than the real form in animal products that HAVE fat rather than fat free or low fat
All that matter is calories and protein! Nailed it my guy. So much other fluff out there, and we've all let ourselves get bogged down in the minutia before. Good shit 👌
Finally, I can get this diet started. No excuses! Also, I don't if you are being funny, but Lavash I'm pretty sure is pronounced like it rhymes with wash. Long A
It took me awhile to get off the low carb is the only way to lose weight mindset that shit sticks with you. I do lose weight faster when I eat lower carbs, but it's not fun. By focusing on protein and calories I've lost about 30lbs, but it's taken over a year to do it however I don't have to adjust my mentality to maintain now I just eat a bit more of the same foods still get my protein in and I'm fine.
Your exactly right brother, only calories and protein matter. Keep It Simple Stupid :) I'm down 85lbs over the past 5 years while increasing muscle mass. The key is being in a deficit and maintaining that protein level and weighing and tracking everything!
Hey Rem just a suggestion, you can also try Golden Home Ultra-thin Pizza crust ... 16g protein and 110 cal, found those on amazon... Great video as usual though....100
Rem - could you do a taste test and review of a bunch of low calorie wraps? Would love to see what you think about Tumaro’s brand. Thanks! Love your vids and recipes :)
You should do anabolic pies like key lime, apple, sweet potato etc...
Thank you kind sir 🤙

Try doing a protein spaghetti and meatballs recipe. Who agrees with me?
Use some sort of veggie noodle whether it be zucchini noodles, or even chickpea noodles/some sort of plant based with protein. Use a low calorie sauce, and ground turkey. Then what ever non fat cheese you can find. Easy.
You could do it easily with turkey meatballs, there are egg based noodles that are lower calories than regular pasta with much more protein and you can use a low calorie sauce.

Josephs lavash are hard to find near me in Texas, I went to amazon but its expensive. However at HEB i tried their Flatout pizza crusts, they’re 130 calories so a little more but honestly they’re great. I usually just bake them with toppings at 10 minutes. Tastes delicious
86 pounds down and had an anabolic bbq chicken pizza for dinner tonight, thanks Rem
After sending an email of question to figure if right for me or not, how long does it take to get back to me?
Thank you for sharing bro, I added this to my diet to kick the bad habits out and I’m down 20 pounds in 3 weeks and I’m leaning out 💪🏽
Dude I just made the anabolic mac n cheese and OH MY GOD! 😍 thank you a bunch ima buy your cook book to support you
I like to use those popcorn seasonings as a dry rub on chicken wings!
Yes please make that video of the shake!
I’ve been debating on getting the cookbook, finally purchased it today. I’m stoked to start using more than just recipes from your videos haha
Watching this... while eating Anabolic French Toast! More gainz than last time!
You've saved my life thanks
just bought 6 jars of the O. G. from amazon. honey mustard and sweet chili. couldnt find it here locally.
This all looks fun and games, but I feel like there is more to nutrition than macros. I just feel a lot better eating the classic meals, I love them and they make me feel amazing. When I tried eating anabolic, it doesnt feel clean.
I mean why make all the anabolic stuff if you already like boring meals. Eat what you enjoy. Most just don't like the basic stuff
@minecraft creeper false www.vegansociety.com/resources/nutrition-and-health/nutrients/zinc
@minecraft creeper fruits and veggies dont give all the vitamins you need especially the fat soluble ones since it is in precursor form rather than the real form in animal products that HAVE fat rather than fat free or low fat
minecraft creeper and he advices not to use it cause of the calories lol
Wish i had those options😬
Thank you. This was helpful. Struggle with my diet. Gonna try this.
Where can I buy the VitaFiber Sweetener?
All that matter is calories and protein! Nailed it my guy. So much other fluff out there, and we've all let ourselves get bogged down in the minutia before. Good shit 👌
Hoping to see a collab from doc greg and you rem! 💪💪💪
Finally, I can get this diet started. No excuses! Also, I don't if you are being funny, but Lavash I'm pretty sure is pronounced like it rhymes with wash. Long A
I’ve been looking for vitafiber at the grocery store, which section is it located in? Is it in the baking section?
Internet/Amazon is the only place I've seen it.
DuckPin2011 thank you so much :)
Fat free cheese and turkey pepperoni... Those are genius pizza ingredients 👌🏼
We dont have fat free cheese in canada :(
Amanda Mitchell same in new york
Ricotta is very nice and low calorie

@@amandamitchell5291 Allegro 4% and 9% is available in Québec with province are you from?
15:49 Gotta love Rem's genuine personality!
Thanks for all the great advice
What is your opinion about bodylogix whey protein?
G Hughes changed my life. Def a good recommendation. Ive tried Maple and Hickory so far. Soo good.
Bought the cookbook today. Super excited to start cooking like Rem. I appreciate you, dude, you've helped me a lot and I love your content.
You should do a full day of eating or what your top 5 recipes in your cookbook are!!!
People have been asking me how i eat all day and lose so much fat didn't have a name for the diet.. now i know I'm on the GRoW diet. Greg.Rem.Will.
You should try the Sara Lee Delightful Multigrain Bread. Only 45 Calories per slice. And it's good!
I really like your vibe and dedication on all your videos keep em coming
What is the fruit shake that is less than 300 cal and stuffs you!?!?
everytime i come back your on a different diet, Rem has done them all! What is your favorite?
Your exactly right brother, only calories and protein matter. Keep It Simple Stupid :) I'm down 85lbs over the past 5 years while increasing muscle mass. The key is being in a deficit and maintaining that protein level and weighing and tracking everything!
Remington!! Your recipes are amazing brother. Thank you so much, God bless 💪🏻
Do you not count fat or carbs as long as your protein is hit and total calories are kept?
Yep. Thats defiinetly the way to go. Just add a bit of healthy fats to this and its spot on
I’ve been watching for 4 years. It’s crazy how time flies
Solid advice
I have all of these in my house
Great Video Rem, thanks for the insight, I might just copy your grocery list! And as a HUGE Halloween fan, LOVE the shirt!!
Your videos just get better and better bro love from uk
No wonder I can’t find fat free cheese anywhere. It’s because Remington buys 10 bags at a time. 😉
I'm still hoping to see if you can pull of a pie with anabolic crust and everything. I'll keep hoping
Happy Happy Belated Birthday Brother!
