Thank you for this recipe! I was excited to try it out so the other day I shared the video with my hubby, we went to Sprouts and bought the ingredients (substituted low fat mozzarella since they didn't have fat free- next time) and made it last night for dinner. Absolutely amazing! At Venezia's Pizza they have a pizza called the Italian Stallion that we love, so decided to add some grilled sliced jalapenos to our burritos. I paired it with an arugula salad dressed with Sprout's fat free roasted garlic dressing and Jeff's Naturals hot peppers. Dinner was fantastic, my hubby loved it too! I had pizza for dinner and stayed on track with my goals, didn't feel awful physically or about myself afterwards and added a new easy recipe to our repertoire. Thank you again!
PS. We made a lot of Jim Gaffigan hot pocket jokes/ references while making these 😆
Pro tip: Add some thin sliced tomato to give it a bit more fill and help you feel more full. I do that with the pizza version also on the lavash flatbread

I died when you hit the Greens powder straight from the scoop like that. Those little cuts with different expressions were hilarious. I had to back it up. I enjoy mine more mixed with a BCAA or protein shake! Not really by itself.

I actually just made this and it came out Great! I used the Xtreme Wellness wraps and went lighter on the amounts I used in them and ended up with 142 calories/burrito.
I came for the pupdate; stayed for the gains.
This is like a hot pocket on steroids.

That was my though for when I make these.
Just made them for the kids and I and they are so good! It's a healthy version of a hot pocket. Instead of wrapping them in foil, I just placed them on a lined baking tray with cooking spray and baked for 15 mins. So good and filling! Keep them recipes coming!!!

Nick Percivill yeah typically all low cal deserts are ehhh... currently eating the pizza wrap as we speak. Tweaked the recipe a bit to make both wraps for 299 cal. Amazing
@@RowdyLunchbox Try a whey/casein blend for the brownies. I used chocolate frosted cupcake from PEScience (not sponsored just saw it used a lot on RUclips so tried it out) and it turned out a lot better than when I used my Optimum Nutrition Chocolate Whey. Try a different brand/blend of protein powder and it will make a huge difference.

Killer idea! I love the other burritos from one of your past videos, but kinda hate the cooking time for the eggs and meat when making 7+ of them. Since this is literally just putting the ingredients on, I can't wait to prep the hell out of them and be done super fast!
Just a heads up for anyone who cares, those wraps are definitely not 90 calories. If you multiply the grams of fat by 9 and the grams of carbs and protein by 4 and add together, you get 135 calories. A lot of wrap companies lie like crazy on their labels for some reason. With that said, I personally don't care since I focus on my macros when tracking, and these are still a great option. Just thought I'd put it out there for anyone who goes by calorie numbers.
Your comment got me wondering. If you do the same math but don’t count the fiber carbs it works out to 83 which is probably where the 90 comes from. If it is insoluble fiber that makers sense as your body cannot take calories from it. However the label just says dietary fiber so not sure if that is insoluble fiber or not

So made this today but I used Ole Tortilla wraps the high fiber tomatoes basil flavor which has 50 calories per wrap (they are smaller obviously) but holy crap was this thing amazing!

You should try doing small pocket pizza using your handmade pizza crust. You fill it with exactly what you put in your burritos and close it, put it in oven. I did it, it is delicious
I made the the Costco Combo Pizza version by adding 15 g of red onion, mushrooms, and green peppers. I also added some black olives in there and OH BOY! It was SO GOOD!

I just made these today🙌🏼🙌🏼 if any of you have not tried these then you are missing out!! It’s literally like an Anabolic Hot Pocket but better! Hands down best easy prep meal to make. Two of these bad boys for me came out to 60g of protein and about 22g of fiber! Boy am I stuffed!

I do the same thing but as a pizza. I cook them in the airfryer. Turkey /chicken sausage is great too.

I made this for my family this weekend and it turned out great. Used Mama Lupe's low-carb tortilla's which are smaller and lower calories, and had to adjust the amount of sauce and turkey pepperoni to fit, but it tasted amazing! Great recipe! A++++

Yo Rem and others, i found another way to make anabolic donuts without all the work, buy desert shells, the circular little cake shells with a dug in circle (not a hole) and its huge af, i'd say 1.5-2.0 times bigger than a regular donut. AND 80 CALORIES!!!! All u gotta do is get some stevia confecitioner and put it on for frosting, tell me this aint a good idea??
I made the josephs wrap pizza. 400 calories. Once I switch to that lower calorie sauce omg I can't believe it will be less than 400 calories. I also didn't have the fat free cheese either. This diet is insane. Ill be lean year round and loving it!!!!

Rem! If you like crispy crusts then instead of baking, spray a pan and put the burrito in, seem side down and flip when crispy, that will add great texture and take the flavor to the next level!

So he actually over estimated his calories. It’s actually 265 each.
90 = Tortilla Wrap
80 = Fat free Cheese
70 = Turkey Pepperoni
25 = Pizza sauce
0 = Oregano
Total each = 265cal (I did NOT calculate each Macro, just cals)
The more simple... the better for my busy schedule. Tastes great too!!!

I tried your brownie bites recipe and they're lovely! I added a little bit of whole egg to help with moistness and a pinch of baking powder to help the puff. Superb! A recipe for life!
Game changer would be to throw it in the air fryer with a spray of cooking spray for like 8 minutes flipping half way..gives you a crispy crunch

Im IF at 20:4 and have hit a weight loss wall 28 days in. Im always in a deficit, so Idk what caused the wall. Drinking a ton of water, eating pretty healthy and not eating until IM satisfied but when my body says "yeah. Youre good here."

I made this with just regular ass pizza sauce and they were good. Then I made them with the brand Rao's pizza sauce. It has some chunks of tomatoes, but with that sauce these taste amazing

Hunts regular pasta sauce in a can has 35 calories per 1/2 cup! thats the only kind i use. you can also measure these ingredients instead of weighing. 1 serving of ff cheese is 1/4 cup
