NYC: Thai Food @ Khao Nom ร้านข้าวหนม in Elmhurst, Queens

I've been to Khao Nom four times. For each new visit, I had a hope that it'd be better than the last but it's always underwhelming and disappointing in every aspect (food, service, price). I'll never return.
