Not even a point in regards to Powerpuff Girls entirely, but for the Rowdyruff Boys. It's so cool to me that they got their original two voice actors. I mean, given one is voiced by Roger L. Jackson who's Mojo Jojo already, fine. But Rob Paulsen? It could honestly lead to Animaniacs getting a fighter down the line. Oh, yeah, uh.... my favorite reference in their lines. Blossom asking Jack if he's seen Dexter or any of the other OG Cartoon Network characters being a throwback to the various, various crossover ads all those characters did. From CN City to Cartoon Cartoon Fridays.
The down kick they do at 0:54 is also a reference to their first group attack in the PPG test pilot when they were called the Whoopass Girls, and the way you can switch between them at 1:05 is also the same game mechanic and animation you could do in the GBA game "Him and Seek".
Powerpuff Girls is also implied to take place in the same universe as Samurai Jack since we see what's left of Townsville in Samurai Jack's premiere movie.
Actually, him being in the clock is a reference to when they were timed to save professor aka him and the professor made a bat for the professor to get a free meal out of him diner so yeah the girls went on a riddle scavenger hunt to try and win a bet lol

I don't play Multiversus and I don't even know PPG that much but I love them in this game, their movesets feel natural, smooth and aren't references or don't feel like references 90% of the time, I like the skins and the concept is really cool. The voices do seem a little too high pitched and loud but maybe that's just from the weird video i've watched. Every character should be like them

The girls look so adorable in this game. Their intro animation in particular is so incredibly cute. PFG has a lot of issues but their animation team definitely needs a big fat raise.
I think their acrobat assault was originally called “Acrabattack” in the rowdyruff boys episode. If I remember correctly what blossom shouted before they did it. Also, I wonder if the RowdyRuff Boys do any of their special moves from the show like Afterburner and Ballistic Barriage.

As for the in-game moves, I can see thermal breath given to Blossom while Bubbles and Buttercup split the two most prominent powers they display in the show because Bubbles' ability doesn't really translate to combat.

Or at least do more of it. Like samus and pikachu. They had the same move set for the entire series. There’s so much more to give them from their respective games & Pokémon anime.
