KME has an upgrade, the roller is adjustable to fine tune the angle, they are the same price $55, don't buy the old one unless it is greatly discounted
Yes. There’s a set screw to move the roller wheel forward or back to get your bevel correct. Once you mark your edge with the marker, a few drags will help you see where your at and get your bevel set as you want it.

absolutely love this sharpner . I use the same stones I go one more stone a translucent Arkansas stone OMG no leather needed! try it ! KME sales one .

What heads are you sharpening ? I use automobile sand paper grit depending on condition of broad head
