      Not to steal Goldthread's thunder but he is also on Food & Wine channel here on RUclips and drops tons of historic and culinary knowledge in a concise and entertaining way when making dishes. I've learned so much from him about Chinese cuisine and will always look forward to more.

    As Filipino, my nanny and after cook, makes the same thing but served with rice. Yummy.
    I need to make it again from memory but this is similar
