This parade of the video was in 1945, when this music was outlawed, by the Soviet Government.
I live in Brazil.

@@daltonagreIncorrect, This march was not outlawed but rather just rarely used, For example the Soviet Armed Forces Band performed this march in a 1984 Concert.
