How to: Check for a blown fuse in your vehicle

Scernario. The cigarette lighter socket does not work, and you are advised to check for a blown fuse. This video will show you how to do this using some basic tools available almost anyway. If you have another technique, please commente below.
Additionally, I do recommend you keep a small plastic bag of various fuses inside the vehicle.
