Yes!! The Dash egg maker is awesome! It’s small & compact & easy to clean Makes 7 eggs at a time. I love mine. & trail mix is 100% not in my house. I can’t be trusted around it- especially anything with chocolate or peanut butter in it.😅
Last week I finally purchased a bag of those pancake flavored puffs that you always take about in some of your reviews. Sorry, I can't remember the brand name. They were really good, but I could immediately tell that they would be a weakness for me. I ate the whole bag (the smaller one) in two days. I hope for the day that I can have stuff like that around me and not tempt me to want to overeat. I really commend you on how strong you are.
If you have an instant pot, use it to make hard boiled eggs. So easy and comes out perfect! 5 minutes of pressure, 5 minutes of natural release of pressure, then 5 minutes of ice water. I’m not sure if use these, but if you use an instant pot or crock pot for recipes, you should definitely make a video.
Yes 🙌 I was also about to post that I use my InstaPot to hardboil eggs quickly. I do about 8 at a time, peel and refrigerate until I need them in tuna, egg salad, or an add on in my spinach salad. A real time saver! Love your videos ❤

I used to keep bean soup cooked and divided into servings and eat it year round. I love it and it was so quick, easy and satisfying. I still eat it frequently in the winter. Absolutely no idea why i quit eating it in the summer.

Very helpful and so glad you mentioned the fat free cheese. Not only did you mention it didn't make you feel good, you mentioned it didn't even melt so to me scary chemicals are in there. I eat regular cheese but have some on the weekend in an omelet. I keep the shredded cheese in the freezer so it doesn't go bad and after a couple months I make a casserole out of the rest of this cheese but again on a Saturday or Sunday only when I may have company over so we can share it. I tend to have a "fun" meal with my husband one day a week now that I'm in the maintenance phase so it's been nice to plan out a higher calorie meal whether it's home or eating out. We even go for an ice cream or bakery to pick out something yummy, but one thing. Not like before getting half a dozen treats! Thank you for this great video. :)

Kroger has the blackened chicken, but this part of OHIO and the NW OHIO(these are the only areas I've lived in as I am originally from New England), we just have Kroger. I think Mariano's is a kroger store. They might order different things. Did you know you can ask them to order them? Target also has them, if you can't find your substitute.
I can’t eat artificial sweeteners, they really mess up my stomach. So I use my weeklies to stay within my points and don’t feel deprived. Have cut way back on sweets too which is huge for me! Have lost 28 lbs in 7 months and am 2 lbs from WW’s goal weight. So grateful for your videos, very helpful and creative and they have helped me stay motivated! ❤
My husband and I built a house. I loved it so much. But when it come time for my son to start middle school, the school he was to attend was not a good one. In order for him to go to a good school, we had to move. I was so upset but for my son, it was worth it!

I had messaged you about this a few videos ago, but agree with you and Adam about the taste of the bars. I have boxes in the freezer that I'm struggling to finish, because of the taste. Another item is the Tyson blackened and pepper chicken strips. I would buy them every week from either Costco, ShopRite, or Target. I haven't been able to find them in YEARS. It puzzles me why certain foods are not shipped to stores anymore, especially because of their high demand. For the Premier Protein Shakes, I typically have been sticking with their Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor. Really enjoyed the content of this video. Thanks for sharing.
I too used to get the Built Bars when they first came out. They were around 100 calories and a great treat and I loved all of the flavors. But they were kind of pricy and then they started having quality issues. The calories/points went UP and the bars got smaller and not as good. Haven't had them in years.

For him it’s lite frozen breakfast sandwiches, Buffalo pretzel crisps, turkey sticks, veggie puffs, skinny pop… for me it’s Fiber one bars, bear rolls, jello cups, string cheese, lite ranch. The sugar free candy is a giant no for us too… we loved it, until we figured out it was doing the same to my husband! Awful! Can’t find the blackened chicken anywhere in CT!

Hi Nikki!! Loved this video!! When I first started WW I was subsisting on the fiber one chocolate chip brownie bars but the chicory root in them was making my stomach react like yours on FF cheese. Pains, gas, doubling over.. I stopped eating them but remember they are so good! Other then that I had to force myself not to buy baked Cheetos because they’re my weakness and I could eat a whole bag in a few days. Only 4 points a serving but the lack of self control was concerning. Oh well. There are other options. And maybe someday I’ll wean them back in. Thanks Nikki. I used to love the fiber one fudge brownies. But I noticed they make my stomach hurt with bad gas pains. Then they started to have a chemical taste. So now I just can’t eat them anymore.
I used to eat oatmeal every morning when it was zero points. The reaon i quit: it's not zero points now. I still eat oats a couple of times a week but not every day.
You need to pour water over the fat free cheese then drain - it melts perfect! Doesn’t bother my stomach at all, I use 50/50 fat free and full or reduced fat, perfect!
My guess is to compare ingredient lists from RS candies and Built to find the sugar alcohol that doesn't work for you. I can't have more than 1 of those RS. Which, when you look at it, is probably how they were meant to be consumed
(I know this is probably the lazy solution). But I just buy the bag of pre-cooked hard boiled eggs from Trader Joe’s and normally just have a hard boiled egg and a slice or two of Turkey or 2oz of chicken (I always precook chicken for the week on monday) when I just want a quick breakfast before I go out the door
I stopped eating Built bars right before everyone was complaining about mold issues. I was burnt out and then the mold issue sealed the deal on never ordering them again.
I tried to like built bars. People made it out like they were so good. They were not. The texture was awful and they were so stinking expensive. And I received moldy bars as well.
I just tried the Quest Salted Carmel Protein Shakes.. not a fan as I thought it was chalky tasting. I like the Fairlife the best and Premier are ok as well. I can't eat the fiber one bars as they give me severe stomach pain and bad gas. Same with Enlighted Ice Cream bars bother my stomach awful. Most other stuff is fine. I tried the Blackened Chicken but too spicy for me. I will try the Herb Pepper next time. I tried Built bars when they first came out, not a fan as they had a marshmallow taste and reminded me of scooter pies, not a fan!
Sugar free candies are the worst! I avoid malitol artificial sweetener. It tears up my stomach. It just took me one time to realize that. I avoid quest type protein shakes as they cause gas. I can only have whey protein isolate or vegan proteins with a beano supplement. It’s so much better for me to mix up my own protein shakes and I usually only use a half scoop and then make a creami with the other half scoop. I wish I could eat the blackened chicken strips, but they are too spicy for me. I make my own chicken, use Tyson air fried nuggets, or the real good chicken strips. With the real good chicken I put them in the air fryer at 375 and check them a lot and remove them as soon as they hit 165 or they get chewy. I usually make some hard boiled eggs in my instant pot. I keep a 6 pack egg container to store them in their shells. I cook for 5, natural release for 5 and then put in ice water for awhile until cool. I mix them up with fat free cottage cheese and everything bagel seasoning. I think anyone on 23 points has to be super creative with their points! Oh and I love the built molten lava cake bars. I love candy bars and these are great. ChefAllie recommends them. They also use whey protein isolate so I can tolerate them.
I used to make my BLTs with turkey bacon and my boyfriend’s with real bacon. Then he offered me a piece of his, and that’s all it took. Real bacon is SO MUCH BETTER! If I’m going to die from processed meats it’s gonna be the real thing. 😂 same with Greek yogurt for sour cream. I was happily using it, thinking it was exactly the same, then i had tacos with real sour cream one day and it’s not even close!

The hard boiled eggs surprised me! Maybe you can try boiling some eggs while you're making veggie mix, since you'll already be at the stove.

I loathe built bars. They are so gross. The Barilla Protien+ is so good. It's funny how one day a food can be really good and literally the next day it's like no, can't do that anymore...
