Everyone is interested in the fuel consumption when reviewing a hybrid car. And for the umpteenth time in a hybrid review, you drive a hybrid car like you're driving a woman in labor to the hospital 🙄
I own this car. One thing that confuses me a bit is the engine. Even when you hit the pedal a little, the indicator hits 10L/100Km. Makes me wonder if ther emight have been a better choice to even further improve the car. I do about 5.1L/100Km on my way to work, with mixed up-hill down-hill city and land (80kmh) parts. I've seen numbers as low as 2.8L/100km in slow city sections, which are unrealistic for my usecase.
Hi, sorry a question, by any chance did you used it with winter tires? There were a lot of reviews saying the car is pretty noisy while driving, im wondering if the noise get too much while driving on countries were winter tires are mandatory during snow season.
If you enjoy driving and want something fun handling and with more power, the puma is better. If all you care about is economy and comfort, i'd go for the yaris cross
Yaris Hybrid owner here. Those consumptions below 4.5 liter/100km , even down to 3.8 are possible, BUT it's in congested city driving , featherlike touching the gas pedal all time (it easily engages petrol engine sadly); which are not practical for ordinary drivers. My 530km average is 4.4 right now but it was all suburban and never exceeded 100 km/h. But its durability and easy-to-maintain build just compensates it for me, when compared to lithium-ion equivalents. Ni-Mh hybrids (battery type) are disadvantageous at highway speeds, though. ^^
@@Benedettini93 Hi, sorry a question, by any chance did you used it with winter tires at some point? There were a lot of reviews saying the car is pretty noisy while driving, im wondering if the noise get too much while driving on countries were winter tires are mandatory during snow season.
@@pabloevens1038 Here in my region, winters are usually mild so I don't use winter tyres in this car ever (if it is very wet or freezing/snowy, i use other car) . Wind noise is OK for its B segment, and tyre noise for summer tyres are not bad but louder than e.g. VW Polo
@@Benedettini93 Clear! Thanks for replying. Yeah, that was my concern. As seems like tires are louder than in other cars, I'm worried how loud will be with proper winter tires.
Very nice Macan at 3:40 looks great in white with dark alloys. As for this Toyota, looks a comfy ride.
Wow Nice car and test drive
I love this car. They need to sell this in America
Yes
I agree. Very impressive. The only negative for me was at the end when he showed us the engine compartment. I'd hate to be the one to service it.
I think, this car is in Colombia
