Good video. When you spend a $1M, you’re expectations need to be met. Period. The dealer needs to be transparent about absolutely EVERYTHING.

Coming from someone who sells exotic/high end cars for a living. And looking at it from an outsider. They 100 percent mistreated the situation. The fact you didn’t receive an instant response and notification confirming your wire is ridiculous. That salesperson should have been waiting and expecting to give that response back to you ASAP. No client should have to call and ask “did you get my million dollar transaction?” That’s crazy to me.

Million-dollar car or not, communication is key. In any business. Pick up the phone, be honest about what you can and cannot do, and keep it moving. You risk your last customer being your *last* customer when you fail to meet basic expectations.

That dealer is literally 1 mile away from where I live, That senna has been there for almost a year, I know that car personally. That dealer is not the best with customer service. Colorado as a state has terrible service culture. But that car is a great spec and they do carry a lot of great vehicles. Good luck with it.

When you were purchasing the car, did they realize who you were? I would’ve thought that with the amount of juice and credentials you carry, they would’ve treated you with kid gloves. Having said that, is it simply a matter of the young sales person and the dealership general manager, not knowing how to properly treat a person buying a seven figure car? if they sold one Senna a year, they probably did not know about the width issues and also the lack of windows. I’m glad they made you whole on your $9000 bounty. I really look forward to seeing the next video on this car. It must be a super special spec to be better than your other two Sennas. Thank you so much for sharing this. Most of us would never achieve or realize these aspects. I really enjoy your videos as you are beholden to none and you can call a spade a spade..

the only supercars I've owned have been McLarens, and I can't help but feel like Ferrari / Lamborghini have a much better idea of how to handle customer service. I will never buy a car from McLaren North Carolina after they gave me a brand new 720 that had never been through PDI and the rear wheels were on backwards. Then when I tried to give them a chance at another sale, they refused to give it to me at sticker, even after fucking me badly. It's ridiculous.

To be honest here mate, you dropped the ball on this, you fucked around for 3 weeks before Christmas, then expect people to jump through hoops to get you a car that you waited to pay for 2 days before Christmas and have it to you the following week. That even you said yourself the trucks leaving the west coast had left, next time don’t wait till the end of the year and don’t take 3 weeks to do a deal, get shit done. Now all your ass kissers will downvote this comment because I’m probably the only one that will tell you the truth. Anyways enjoy the car, it’s beautiful.

I feel you went a little harsh on them. Even though you made it clear later in the video, but in the actual transaction which normally dealerships try to be shady they were honest and transparent.
Yes maybe they need to learn about shipping and they thought it was just like they always do and tried to save a couple of bucks. But that doesn’t discredit their main work. It was made worse because you needed the car, maybe if another person was like overseas or not really urgent then it wouldn’t look that bad.
Again im not excusing them, im just saying it was a semi honest mistake they sincerely thought they were on top of it and didn’t know it would be any different than what they were used to.

When I bought my first used Ferrari, I was discouraged coz the experience was no diff or maybe even less than buying a toyota. Over the years I just got used to it and think there are no diff in service and dollar amount of cars, it’s all crap and consider yourself lucky if the car is not misrepresented or have any random issue come up - titles, shipping, cosmetic damage, skipping services on the car etc. it’s like dealing with low lives on the street, full armor going into a purchase. It’s enlightening to know buying HyperCars are supposed to be different and PJ in this case got an underwhelming experience just like my past experiences 😂

@@Brad_Okami 💯 - Making him chase them up is unforgivable. I would’ve attempted to cancel the purchase long before It got to the transport situation. At that point it’d be up to the dealership to rectify the situation and adjust moving forward, otherwise, it’s their loss.

So… you dropped the ball trying to save a few dollars on shipping by getting the dealer to throw it in - a few days before Christmas - then get into a major panic because it’s delayed as they try to do it for 2 or 3 grand it might normally take rather than the 9 grand it finally takes. They apologise, pay the 9 grand, write you a letter and send you a box of gifts. All presumably after you kicked them in the nuts on their asking price. I see your point in principle, but am not sure how much sympathy I can muster. Love the colour scheme on the Senna, though.

I’m originally from NYC and thick-skinned. I like PJ and I don’t get why his videos don’t get that many views. Seems like he used to get more views years ago. There are very boring YT car channels that get tons of views. But now I get it. Everyone is a damn snowflake! I don’t want him to change, but it’s things like calling a $200K car a crappy car that makes him unrelatable and a turn off to some people. I mean, I own a crappy $200K entry level McLaren 570GT that I bought several years ago for $150K so it’s me and my car that he’s talking about. I should be a offended but I freakin’ love his content and his brash style. But maybe I’m a minority? (Besides the fact that I’m a Black Latino) That’s gotta be why his videos are so entertaining yet he doesn’t pull the views I think he deserves. Are people really that sensitive?

Delta transport out of NJ has covered wagons as well. They all run west coast to east coast. GPS tracked trucks so you can hope on the computer and know exactly were you're car is at all times. Brokers suck they are just a middle man that don't answer to you the customer.
