- I’ve been getting a lot of questions on my videos and community posts lately ever since certain other videos of mine have started to gain more and more attention (most of said questions being unrelated to the topic of the particular video). So to make things easier, I’ve made this video for any further questions. Or really just anything people want to talk about. As oppose to people having to go to each of my individual videos/posts over and over (unless it’s related to the subject of said video/post). I’ll try to answer/respond to what I can. But I can’t promise I’ll respond to everything.
Looking that you have the Ladybug PV in your playlist, would you have preferred the original Ladybug anime instead of the modern CGI series?
@@Rocker-Scott2009 Yes. I don’t follow Ladybug (I did watch a few episodes with my sister when I was younger but that’s it) but I was always interested in that PV. It’s still pretty upsetting to me that they cancelled it because they thought CGI would be more popular.
Judging by the fact that you placed it some high in your ranking of DC movies and that you have clips from that movie in your playlist, apparently you are one of the few people who did like Green Lantern (2011) so, what's your opinion about it and why you liked it?
I don’t have a detailed answer, I just didn’t think it was that bad when I watched it. I thought it was kinda cool.
What do you think about Robert Pattinson as Batman?
I don't have any issues with him
I don't know how familiar you are with Pixar and Dreamworks movies, but in case you've seen enough, I'd like to see you make a collection of music from your favorite Pixar and Dreamworks soundtracks.
I have seen many Pixar and DreamWorks movies, yes.
I’ll tell you which movies’ soundtracks from each studio I like just off the top of my head:
Cars 1
Wall-E
Elemental
Shrek
Prince of Egypt
Over The Hedge
Madagascar 1 & 2
How To Train Your Dragon
In terms of art style, would Lost World be at the bottom of the tier list for you?
That’s where it is in my tier list video, yes.
@@anomaly395 I finally got some new video ideas. I’m rescoring a scene from Sonic movie 2 and also some 06 cutscenes
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew Oh, nice. What scene?
@@anomaly395 The one where Sonic fights Knuckles. Also I think both Sonic and Mario’s movies suffer from generic soundtracks, the game music is better imo.
@@anomaly395 I just uploaded the Rescored scene yesterday
What do you think about the Sonic movie designs? I think they fit well in 06. I saw a mod that replaces Sonic’s model with his movie design and it looks cool.
I mean for the universe it’s in it works. Though if it were up to me I’d make some slight changes (and really changes to the movies as a whole).
And yeah, I can see how it would fit in 06 given that game’s more realistic tone. But ehhh I think game Sonic’s 06 design is much cooler.
@@anomaly395 The Meta Era felt like Sega was struggling with what they thought fans and critics want from Sonic, especially the classic purists.
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew Yeah. It's pretty sad how the negative reception of the 2000's games made them throw everything away, and ultimately change the series to the way it is today.
@@anomaly395 I just found out The Incredible Hulk is available to watch on RUclips now. It’s provider is listed as Disney. Because Disney got the rights to it from Universal back in June 2023.
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew You mean for free?
What do you think of switching between 2.39:1 and 16:9 aspect ratios in the same movie? A Zelda Fanfilm called Majora’s Mask Terrible Fate did it very well.
It depends
Seeing as you have 2 Ghostbusters songs on your playlist, have you seen any Ghostbusters movies or did you just like those songs?
Everything I have saved there is from stuff I've seen so yes. I've seen Ghostbusters 1, 2, and Afterlife.
@@anomaly395 what do you think about them? Will you watch the 2016 reboot or the most recent film, Frozen Empire?
@@Rocker-Scott2009 I enjoy 1 and 2. Afterlife for me kind of paled in comparison and felt like No Way Home but for Ghostbusters. And no, I don't plan on watching the 2016 reboot. I've already seen some of it and I know it's not great.
@@anomaly395 It's better then that you don't watch it, and I agreed, I mainly felt that the ending of Afterlife was forced, I mean, conveniently the original Ghostbusters came out of nowhere to help, I feel that part should have been developed better before.
@@Rocker-Scott2009 Yeah Afterlife felt like it was focused solely on creating nostalgia and just copying the first movie instead of genuinely continuing the story. And overall it just didn't have the same aura as the first two movies. It felt more MCU-ish. Especially towards the end like you said.
What do you think of The Knuckles Show? Personally, I never saw it. But from what I’ve seen, it seems to be full of your least favorite aspects of Paramount’s SCU (Childish Humor, Generic Music and more).
I never plan to watch it.
@@anomaly395 Yeah, I can see why. 😂
Really late response but I just remembered that I don’t even have Paramount+. So I couldn’t watch it even if I wanted to lol.
What would be your ranking of all the Fox X-Men films ?
I have to rewatch most of them so I don’t have a ranking for them. I do know that DoFP is one of my favorites though.
I think SpongeBob's classic design could work on modern animation I mean just look at Family Guy they didn't change how they look they just changed the animation and the graphics but never changed the form of the characters.
About the Iron Man and Hulk gift, did you use Capcut to put Iron Man in front of Hulk ? How did you do that ?
I did. I just found an Iron Man green screen online and put it over that Hulk clip as an overlay, using CapCut's chroma key feature to remove the green (along with changing Iron Man's lighting so he fit the environment). Then I went to another site to convert the video into a gif.
@@anomaly395 So Green screens are the png of videos
@@Deadpool50923 Yeah, pretty much
@@anomaly395 if the netflix shows gets canonised in the MCU, how come Agents of Shield never gets canonised it's much more connected to the MCU than the netflix shows.
@@Deadpool50923 I mean.. it *is* canon
I love Sonic Unleashed’s cartoony humans designed by Gurihiro and feel they fit Sonic’s world greatly. But I respect your opinion if you feel differently.
I’m gonna make a video on this topic in the future
@@anomaly395Honestly looking back, you kinda had a point with Unleashed. Despite people criticizing the Werehog stages and considering it part of the Dark Age, it still kinda laid the ground work for The Meta Era. It had a little more cartoony humor with some Hanna Barbera SFX thrown in, the new cartoony humans made by Gurihiru were stylized to match Eggman and the Mobians (Instead of the more cinematic/realistic style of 06) and it introduced The Modern Boost Formula as well as Hedgehog Engine which would be used a lot in the 2010’s.
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew And the introduction of Orbot
@@anomaly395 Yeah. Then Sega and Pontaff cranked up the cartoony silliness and turned the games into Modern AOSTH from Colors to Forces.
What do you think of Cap 4 Brave New World?
I’m not following the movies/shows anymore so I don’t care what they do
@@anomaly395 How would you feel if someone made a Fury’s Big Week fanedit?
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew I kinda did that already
@@anomaly395 I heard they are bringing back The Leader from TIH for Cap 4.
Do you think 06’s art style is like Kingdom Hearts or something else?
More like Final Fantasy
@@anomaly395 Well considering Kingdom Hearts (Which is a crossover between Disney and Final Fantasy) and Sonic 06 both have cartoony animals with humans in a different art style.
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew Yeah but I say Final Fantasy because tone-wise it's closer to that (and tbf FF has cartoony characters as well). KH is more Disney-esque with only a FF touch.
@@anomaly395 Oh ok. Anyways I think 06 isn’t a reboot, it just has a different art style for cinematic effect I guess.
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew I think they meant reboot in the sense that they reset the timeline by the end of the game. Kind of like Flashpoint (if you're familiar with that).
Wow, why there are comments from 2 and 3 weeks and I get this video was recently uploaded?
Anyway, will you make a GOTG trailer in the style of the MCU phase 1? I'm interested in seeing how you would introduce the whole space/alien things into the realistic universe of the MCU Phase 1 solo films.
Look at the description. I had shared this in a community post 3 weeks ago where it was unlisted.
Also I don't currently have any ideas for how I would do a phase 1 style Guardians movie, so no, not as of now.
@@anomaly395 ah, I already saw it, I hadn't noticed it or viewed it well
@@anomaly395 what are your overall thoughts on the Sam Raimi Spider-man trilogy
Someone asked me the same question so this is copy and pasted from that video:
I like it. My favorites are 2 and 3. 1 was a little too cheesy for me but not terrible.
@@anomaly395 what are your thoughts on the 2003 Teen-Titans cartoon? (if you've seen any episode)
If the MCU had kept the style/tone of Phase 1, would you have wanted to see the Netflix Marvel characters join an Avengers film?
Well yeah. I mean, I don't think they could really do much in an Avengers film, but I would've definitely liked to see them pop up in the movies in some capacity. Daredevil for instance would fit right into a Spider-Man film.
I agree
What's your opinion on Cars ? (You know, the Disney/Pixar animated movie in 2006 and yeah you can state your opinions on the sequels too)
I like the first.
The second should’ve been a spin-off movie instead of a direct sequel.
I have yet to watch the third, which I plan to do at some point.
@@anomaly395 Cars 2 feels out of place in my opinion
I like the movie on its own, but I agree that it was terrible as a sequel.
@@anomaly395 why ?
@@Deadpool-tu3oo Why what?
How would you have felt if the DCEU and MCU had done the opposite? Like instead of getting more silly each film, they became more and more darker each film?
Like how the Snyder Cut of Justice League is darker in comparison to Man of Steel.
“Darker” isn’t necessarily what I’d want out of those films. I just wish they kept the realistic/grounded vibe and aesthetic that films such as Iron Man 1 and Man of Steel had.
But if the MCU and DCEU started out silly and turned into that? Well, I’d probably feel the same way about them as I do with the Sonic series. That franchise started out colorful and whatnot with the Genesis games, but turned cinematic with games like the Adventure duology, ShTH, 06, etc, and I love it for it.
I see, good point.
That's a valid point.
I think Super Smash Bros Brawl has a better art style and story mode than Ultimate. It also had the better Sonic voice (Jason Griffith). But in SSB4 and Ultimate, Jason’s clips were replaced with recycled Roger lines and his design was changed to a more bland one. Which makes me sad. Do you agree?
Brawl is definitely my favorite Smash game in terms of its more cinematic and dramatic vibe. I think it has the best music, the best voices, the best cover art, FD, and of course, yes, there is Subspace.
And yeah, Sonic to me was at his best in Brawl, design and voice wise. He reflected more of how his games were at that time while Smash 4 onwards had to adapt 2010’s era Sonic thanks to Sega’s directional shift. It’s definitely a massive disappointment for me, and I never feel like I’m playing as the real Sonic.
What do you think about Topher Grace's Venom ?
I never really thought much about him, but now that I’m a little more privy to the entertainment sphere, I get why people don’t like him.
@@anomaly395 I like how he had the spider symbol like in the comics and cartoons, unlike Hardy’s version.
I also think his Venom was actually pretty terrifying when he had his mask on. Would’ve been cool if they had saved him for a 5th movie.
What do you think of this issue that RUclipsr Braeden Alberti has with movies, "The Big Gray Blob". Basically heroes are colorful and have unique designs but the villains are colorless, have gray, muted color schemes and are overdesigned to the point where they don’t look like how they did in the source material. Where these villains were most of the time just as colorful and uniquely designed as the heroes.
Are we talking about within the MCU or just villains in superhero media in general?
@@anomaly395 Yes and any movies or tv shows adapting other media.
@@SuperFreddy64-mp5ew In that case I never really had a problem with it. Never cared to notice actually.
@@anomaly395 Well, ok.
@@anomaly395 Anyways, now let’s switch another topic, Sonic The Hedgehog. The realistic look in the 2000’s games is much better and what I actually want from a Sonic game. The cartoony look, looks very cheap, tacky, and just looks awful, especially in lost world.
Realistic and cool environments > generic childish cartoon stuff that’s done better in Mario games
Have you watched Robots (2005)?
The animated movie by Blue Sky with Rodney?
@@anomaly395 yup
Well then yes
@@anomaly395 what's your opinion about it?
@Rocker-Scott2009 I like it
How would you have felt if all of the Modern Sonic games from Adventure 1 to Frontiers kept the style of the Classic games? Sonic Adventure 1 at one point was gonna be more like the classic games before Sega changed their minds.
Then I wouldn't be talking about it today
I see
@@anomaly395Honestly I don’t mind the stylistic and tonal shifts of the 2000’s games. It gave the Sonic franchise a quirky flare that I miss. The worldbuilding in those games were also cool.
So i suppose it would have been fine for you if the MCU did started as a "comic booky and superheroey" style.
Yes. If it started out that way then I wouldn’t be talking about it.
@@anomaly395 You know if Paramount bought Marvel, they could have gotten a Marvel and Transformers crossover.
@@Poolverine580 Yeah, that could've happened. I'm not big on Transformers though so I wouldn't be too crazy about it.
@@anomaly395 You know about confirming the netflix shows being canon to the MCU, I'm happy that it's canon but does it really matter anymore ? They could have confirmed it somewhere in 2016 or 2017 that it's canon and plus the shows barely reference The Avengers unlike Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. which should be canon since they saved the world so many times than The Avengers did. Also if Paramount bought Marvel I guess they would have handled the MCU better and we could have got a Planet Hulk movie leading up to Ragnarok.
Yeah I don't care at this point whether or not they're canon. When it was announced I felt nothing but apathy. Like I'd rather they be canon to Paramount's MCU instead of Disney's.
Should I make more rescores of Sonic Movie clips and Sonic 06 cutscenes?
I don't see why not
