Awesome curtain Whitney! Love the tab tops. The fringe selvage is perfect. Great fabric too. I made valances for all my windows long ago and they are still great. Great Tutorial... All my windows that have curtains , are ones made by me... I have a pair of tabs that I found at Good Will several years ago, and those are not being used yet.... I think I am going to take a set of curtains in the sewing room and convert them from rod pockets to tabs by using the bottom length... they are too long... Thanks again for the wonderful demonstration

Do you happen to have a video making these types of curtains but with a lining some videos I have watched say that you’re supposed to hem the curtains first after you have put the lining on and then do the top but they were not using tabs
So I might have to combine your video with the others which sort of seems like what I’m always doing

I don't have a tutorial for it, but I would hem the bottoms, sew the tabs to the top of one, then with the tabs tucked in sew the sides and top of both pieces together. Turn right sides out and press. Hope that helps.

@@Whitney_Sews fortunately I will be able to use my existing drapes as a template. maybe the next time you need to do curtains even if it’s just for a small window you could do a tutorial because trust me I cannot find a tutorial with tabs and a lining
