Geth Plasma shotgun is a great alternative to a sniper rifle specialisation cause it works pretty well at a long range, has good ammo capacity (provided it is upgraded) and can save your ass if enemies get too close or if you are swarmed.
I love it, hear me out. Pick Zaeed as companion with squad disruptor ammo to shred shields along with health and it pairs extremely well with the mantis rifle. Then you can save the points from area drain and put more into throw to better compliment your pull. This will keep your shield shredding more consistent and you’ll have more dps and crowd control and better management of cool downs.
Nice choice, but Zaeed with a fixed place at your partty in a game with so many grate companions fells like a waste. I manly play adept for the area pull and trow combo. It's a lot of fun. Warp is allso really usefull against armor and barriers or for warp bombs against high hp individuals like krogans or giant mecs. My first point is always into warp to have it on Y button on the controller. Singularity is good for traps but I find it very situational. I only use Shockwave on the riper Iff mision and the collector base to deal with hordes of husks. They die as soon as the leve the ground for some reason. I use shield absortion or Disrupt ammo for shields and at leat 1 companion that can use tech to deal with it.
@@Ballard258 Remember Warps (more or less) primary use in ME2 is to cause biotic detonations. In general its better to follow up a lift or singularity with a warp instead of throw
@@pepparmostheelder yea singularity and warp is a good cc and dps combo. But I love to send bad guys flying 30m in the air with pull and trow never gets old for me. It's fun. Singularity dosnt usually lift them enough for a good trow but is good for cc. And warp is good against barriers and armor, that's the mane use for me, detonations are a nice bonus 👌
I will try to use my Adept build on NG+ with these pointers, had bad luck with both soldier and engineer class and got stuck on horizon mission cant get past the protect the tower segment. Currently using my Infiltrator build and I am not liking my play through so far. ME1 and ME3 where a fucking breeze in insanity ME2 is just another beast I have been trying those 2 builds for a week now with no luck.
@@MrDoggson manage to beat it a month ago with the infiltrator class worked best for me since you can go cloak and just skip some of the encounters (reaper IFF) and always bring loyal Kasumi since her grenade skill will stop harbinger on his tracks. On the derelict reaper segment Garrus or Thane will act as DPS with the sniper rifles and Kasumi for harbinger.
the cerberus armor gives you 15% recharge time and power damage, id take that instead of the dragon origin, downside is only for 5% shield, just saw that there's another armor called Phoenix Project Armor which has the same stats but with 20% power recharge time but that might be because im using the expanded armory mod
Me3 is easy on Inanity. I did it with an adept too. Go for warp, Throw and Pull Bonus power Reave, this will let you set up everything for a detonation, including shields and armor. Squad mates, go with Garrus and Liara. Garrus because well, it’s Garrus. Also he provides overload and overal combat power. Liara with her singularity will set up most enemies for you to detonate with throw. Armored targets go with warp and throw. Shields strip them with Garrus’s overload then the usual (Liara singularity with Throw or pull and throw). Barriers, Warp and Throw. For weapons, I picked the Vindicator with extended barrel and piercing mod. Later the Mattock with the same mods ( you do need the weight capacity upgrade in the biotic mastery tree for 200% cooldown. This is very important always use 200% cooldown. I didn’t even use any armor upgrades but you can get ones with extra power damage and recharge speed. Like the Inferno Armor, Blood dragon armor or the Cerberus spirit armor.
I just got ME TRILOGY on Xbox one and Andromeda and am currently doing a full ME playthrough. I'm currently on 2. My favorite is Andromeda simple because it continues the storyline & introduces new enemies the Kett. Plus there's colony building.
Yeah Andromeda was OK. To be honest I had it pre-ordered so playing it before fixes came through probably soured my experience a lot. Imo I think Id have still enjoyed the first 3 over Andromeda even if release hadn't been a complete mess
@@khatibwalid90 the reason I like Andromeda is mostly the colony building on other worlds. Plus the idea that as you investigate the mysterious "Broker" who organized the entire project sounds like the illusive man. The game play today is fun especially as a biotic. Make me wonder if me4 which is confirmed will cover Andromeda, I'm assuming the cannon is earth fell according to Scott riders fathers logs which said the earth was wiped out. Maybe shepherd followed Rider & we'll see rider & shepherd vs the reapers & the kett
While some parts of MEA are definitely great (combat for instance), the way they botched the story and characters while releasing a buggy mess made me hate it with a passion.
@@mr.native5181 yeah I can agree with the colony building. The illusive man being the broker would definitely be interesting though considering there were also aliens who went to Andromeda

I tried engineer for my insanity run, came to the platform part where you got hardly any space with 3 reviews. My A.I dies in second, its been awful

That's odd. Soldier is like the 2nd most op class in the game, right after infiltrator.

I would take reave and upgrade to area reave to kit multiple opponents
Sorry but there’s no way that’s your voice you sound like a different person half way through 😂
Bro hit puberty mid way through the recording
interesting, why not max out push and warp? warp is the best priming ability and push will detonate it.
That strategy doesn't really work in ME2. Wap doesn't prime and throw doesn't detonate in this game.
Power explosions weren't really a thing in ME2, warp bombs were the exceptions.

Can you make more of these for the other classes 😎?
Yeah, I've already made a few others, but I'm going to take a break from Mass Effect for a bit before I finish the other three builds.
I could pick assault rifle training sniper rifle training but it is up to me and it is my choice
