Thanks a lot for this tutorial. I cleaned the lenses and my Tokina is like new now. The service wanted to charge me 130 euros for it. You are the best. Thanks again
@@diyextravaganza many thanks for the information. There was haze / fungud inside that part. I been able to unasemble using hot water. Many thanks again !!!!
@@thatwasdre no worries, I guess the standard tools should do, I mean rubber cones, spanner. The thing that is tricky with tokinas is the glue, usually very hard one. Use acetone (but make sure not to touch plastic parts with it) to soften the glue.

Many thanks for this useful video you shared!. I have to clean inside the rear cemented group. Does anyone be able to unassemeble ?

Hi this is good video. Btw how about tokina 24-70 f3.5 szx, what tools i need to open that vintage lens?
Hi, no idea, I've never worked on that particular lens. Do you have a picture or a specific reference. Cheers.
@@diyextravaganza its okay mate, thanks for answering my question 🙏

Is the ATX PRO AF about the same layout?
I have what looks like a tiny dead bug with fungus growing off it on the inside front element.
Hello, Honestly I don't know. If the focal length and aperture are the same, there is a chance that it is the same, at least for the optics. Cheers
