Ive had my kayos about a year and the sock had just ripped on the inside last week and on the front of the sole had worn off so the plastic is on the edge but other than that they're great boots i love mine
Hey mate, Yes very comfortable but if you do a lot a walking you will most likely wear out the soft grippy rubber on the bottom pretty quick that’s the only issue. But great for climbing
Completely different really as they are low cut so more flexible for climbing. The meindl may last longer as they are a solid boot. I’m still in my first pair and has been over a year so prob be 1.5-2 years of life in a pair of Kayos. Also depends if you climb daily or are on the ground more. They will wear out quicker if your on the ground over climbing
How more stiff is the sole for working with spurs? I love my meindl but if I work to long in spurs I have pain, so I’m looking for something better, but not to heavy

3 years is great. I've had my Meindl's for 16-18 months and its about time I got some new boots. It's looking like the KAYO's

I do a lot of walking as well at work would you say these are comfortable for that as well as climbing?

Looking at these but put off by the fact that I found the scafell lites the most uncomfortable boot I've ever worn.
Curious how do they compare to Meindl airstreams , well if you ever worn the Meindls

I would say go a size down to what you usually get as the toe box is wider than other boots 👍🏻
