Yeah you can record directly to Pr. That's handy when just doing voice overs with a good mic, I personally prefer using dedicated DAW coz it offers more

You need an unidirectional short gun mic. On that will reject all other sounds but capture only sound it's pointed at.

DAW - New term. I get that high latency issue when i use wireless headphones on my laptop.
All wireless systems have latency at different levels. Even wired systems do but not as much as wireless ones do. Yeah Digital Audio Workstation.. 👍

Oh yeah I recognize what you’re experiencing, my guess is it could be the metronome running, just try checking your metronome settings
