In regards to money, I found that there was a time when my monitary gain seemed to be tied to my sexual release. I had to uncondition myself out of that habit because I'd developed a new relationship with my sexuality thus requiring a new relationship with money. Money is literally just a physicalised energetic exchange to help make this all "real" to us. Celibacy without shame is definitely eye opening, but I think the focus on it for men is to learn how to use their life force properly. With women, I assume it's more about opening and allowing life force to flow. So, as far as retention, I don't know if there's as much a need for that, as much as a distance of the lustful carnal self. @@YFL.111 I find the video somewhat "difficult" to understand, but I don't totally disagree with the things said either, at least with those I understood. I find it however too women-centric, if I may say so. Women and men have to work together towards self-realisation: there's no escape from that, and they are both potentially Gods, not only women. According to Taoism, men loose their energy through ejaculation and women through ovulation and birthgiving. It gives the following as reason for that: both men and women put by nature the best of their energy in the attempt to create a "better" offspring, namely in the cells that create new life. When those cells are "lost" the best energy is lost. That does make some sense to me. Now one could argue that women don't have a choice wether to "loose" their egg-cells or not, but apparently they do. That's the comment I was referring to. The thing with abstinence from orgasm, for both women and men, has a different rationale: orgasm shifts the focus of sex from a spiritual quest towards self-realization to a material quest towards physical pleasure. That makes you loose track of your internal journey to spiritual awakening. If you do that and at the same time retain your energy, which is possible for both women and men, although admittedly very difficult, then your retained energy goes to strengthen your sense-satisfaction craving, with fatal consequences. And I find celibacy doesn't take to the goal because one can't just transmute one kind of energy. Both Yin (female) and Yang (male) energies are needed by both men and women in order to achieve the goal. They have to work together, not alone or, even worse, one against the other.

I believe Matak Chia is a perpetrator of this cause, but I have to admit that I have some doubts about some of Mantak Chia's practices. It could be a starting point though. I don't see in the video a promotion of the 2 genders being against each other. I just see it putting to much emphasis on the "Goddess" nature of women and that could have as a result that they start seeing themselves as superior, whereas in my opinion no one is superior to the other, but they are both only fullfilled with each other. Each partner is too full of ego and starts wanting to dominate the relationship, taking all he can instead of giving himself fully to the partner for the common goal. Further to a painful cervical procedure I was scared to climax so avoided entirely for approx 4 months. It's not so much about the act of sex as it is about cultivating sexual energy - awakening the sacral Chakra. Raising the kundalini energy through your Chakra system to gain enlightenment. Your sexual energy is used to assist in this process.

I did some profound healing around childhood sexual abuse and when I next had an orgasm it was unlike anything I have ever experienced, to the point that it was so powerful I got frightened that I would explode. I left the body briefly and then had a DMT experience (all naturally , I did not have/smoke any DMT). I was shown the tree of life and three of the circles had been lit up, I assume these were the ones I had healed. Hi Saffia There was no one thing I did and unfortunately there is no magic wand that will take it away all at once completely (I wanted this, and was angry that I had to do the work) I did inner child guided meditations, meditation and grounding. The moment of big shift happened ( I believe it worked as well as it did because I had been doing this work and was very open to the reality of non- 3d dimensions) when I saw a healer and she did some work in the quantum field that reconnected me to my feelings around the abuse and the behaviour of my family regarding the abuse. I did not realise that I had numbed out my feelings in order to cope with the situation as it was; basically my family knew about the abuse and who abused me but decided to ignore it and continue to see these people with great respect and friendship - something the healer was very clear was constantly retraumatising me- which is what I felt for years but because no one was bothered I had to kill off those parts of myself in order to 'cope' (not very well I might add). Anyway her reconnection then gave me all my feelings back and I decided to take things into my own hands and I contacted the abusers family and after over 40 years of keeping this 'shame' from affecting them I told his brother and his sister about what had happened. I did not confront him as he had just had a massive stroke (some of my family members say Karma- I do not have thoughts on this, I think about him as little as I can, not wasting anymore energy and emotion on him) Anyway I believe that it was this act of taking my power back and doing something that I felt was right and proper for me, and not acting from the fear of what this might do to my family's honour and if they will all reject me was the crucial aspect of this profound healing. I have always been blessed/cursed with being able to see/tap into other realms and I believe that this is something that is part of my family lineage and also because when you are abused your third eye becomes super active (when I was a child I had to be hypervigilant all the time- you are actually unknowingly training/over training, your third eye) The creator is not what our strict religious families have us believe- a god you must fear who judges and punishes this is all bullsh*t . I have been blessed to have had many 'supernatural' experiences throughout my life since I was little and 'God', the real one, is totally the opposite of what the religious books will have you believe, I'm sure this will upset people. Starting this, I don't feel men should speak on women, however, many men need to hear this from a man. I think this should be directed at men to understand how womens bodies and energies work. The best female analog to the clear male seminal fluid would be the secretions of the vagina during sexual arousal. It is also a clear fluid. In both sexes the clear fluid, which I will hereafter refer to as the body's 'NECTAR' is externalized to facilitate the reproductive functions but in the objective of spiritual attainment, this nectar of the body becomes the 'inner feedstock' of an alchemical transformation from a material substance - to focused energy - to full enlightenment of the body-mind complex. The alchemical context has to do with the purification of gross matter by various stages of refinement to produce its 'spirit' essence. The body is the symbolic crucible in which this process is carried out. In the male, the practice of SEMINAL FLUID retention and its transmutation has been covered on your channel and it's good information. I was expecting to see a similar description for female fluid retention but you took a different tack. The process of female 'Nectar' retention is similar in process to that of the male retention with some concession to the obvious source differences and inner workings of each. In the female body, visualization practices focus on the vagina to 'gather' or pull nectar from the tissues up to the Sacral Chakra. How about shedding light on this small population? That would be an interesting thread of discovery. Look at examples of women saints. Did they go through a Tantric relationship to attain their high status? What about the Goddesses of ancient times? Were they all Tantric practitioners before flying in the clouds? How about Mary the mother of Christ? You have to respect her. How did she gain such a high standing and devoted following? St. Agatha, St. Clare of Assisi were nuns from the Catholic tradition. Apart from them there are plenty of renowned female Yogi's, Guru's, Buddhist nuns and enlightened women in Eastern traditions. There are 2 ways to channelise your energy - Yogic way ( suppress) and Tantric way ( go with the flow) Those who have strong masculine energy ( fight, aggression etc) should go yogic way. Those who are naturally Feminine ( caring, nurturing etc) should go Tantric way. Tantric way sees sexual energy as energy as well. Nature gives all the basic urges for a reason - sleep, hunger, micturation. Sexual energy is part of nature as well. If you let it flow and dont dwell on it, it will pass naturally. Just as food. In regards to money, I found that there was a time when my monitary gain seemed to be tied to my sexual release. I had to uncondition myself out of that habit because I'd developed a new relationship with my sexuality thus requiring a new relationship with money.

Celibacy without shame is definitely eye opening, but I think the focus on it for men is to learn how to use their life force properly. With women, I assume it's more about opening and allowing life force to flow. So, as far as retention, I don't know if there's as much a need for that, as much as a distance of the lustful carnal self. That said, hook up culture, "no strings attached", and all frivolousness around sex needs to be removed entirely. It's horribly harmful.

@@YFL.111 I find the video somewhat "difficult" to understand, but I don't totally disagree with the things said either, at least with those I understood. I find it however too women-centric, if I may say so. Women and men have to work together towards self-realisation: there's no escape from that, and they are both potentially Gods, not only women.
According to Taoism, men loose their energy through ejaculation and women through ovulation and birthgiving. It gives the following as reason for that: both men and women put by nature the best of their energy in the attempt to create a "better" offspring, namely in the cells that create new life. When those cells are "lost" the best energy is lost. That does make some sense to me. Now one could argue that women don't have a choice wether to "loose" their egg-cells or not, but apparently they do. That's the comment I was referring to.
The thing with abstinence from orgasm, for both women and men, has a different rationale: orgasm shifts the focus of sex from a spiritual quest towards self-realization to a material quest towards physical pleasure. That makes you loose track of your internal journey to spiritual awakening. If you do that and at the same time retain your energy, which is possible for both women and men, although admittedly very difficult, then your retained energy goes to strengthen your sense-satisfaction craving, with fatal consequences.
And I find celibacy doesn't take to the goal because one can't just transmute one kind of energy. Both Yin (female) and Yang (male) energies are needed by both men and women in order to achieve the goal. They have to work together, not alone or, even worse, one against the other.

Each partner is too full of ego and starts wanting to dominate the relationship, taking all he can instead of giving himself fully to the partner for the common goal. If they were really working with each other instead of for themselves, then the thing would last. But I admit it's very difficult when humans are so egocentric and our society, our media, the movies and such don't really help us much in changing.
I was practicing this with my husband intuitively (he was not) and awakened the serpent energy within. This is 100% legit. It is our birthright. I did some profound healing around childhood sexual abuse and when I next had an orgasm it was unlike anything I have ever experienced, to the point that it was so powerful I got frightened that I would explode. I left the body briefly and then had a DMT experience (all naturally , I did not have/smoke any DMT). I was shown the tree of life and three of the circles had been lit up, I assume these were the ones I had healed.

There was no one thing I did and unfortunately there is no magic wand that will take it away all at once completely (I wanted this, and was angry that I had to do the work)
I did inner child guided meditations, meditation and grounding.
The moment of big shift happened ( I believe it worked as well as it did because I had been doing this work and was very open to the reality of non- 3d dimensions) when I saw a healer and she did some work in the quantum field that reconnected me to my feelings around the abuse and the behaviour of my family regarding the abuse.
I did not realise that I had numbed out my feelings in order to cope with the situation as it was; basically my family knew about the abuse and who abused me but decided to ignore it and continue to see these people with great respect and friendship - something the healer was very clear was constantly retraumatising me- which is what I felt for years but because no one was bothered I had to kill off those parts of myself in order to 'cope' (not very well I might add). Anyway her reconnection then gave me all my feelings back and I decided to take things into my own hands and I contacted the abusers family and after over 40 years of keeping this 'shame' from affecting them I told his brother and his sister about what had happened.
I did not confront him as he had just had a massive stroke (some of my family members say Karma- I do not have thoughts on this, I think about him as little as I can, not wasting anymore energy and emotion on him)
Anyway I believe that it was this act of taking my power back and doing something that I felt was right and proper for me, and not acting from the fear of what this might do to my family's honour and if they will all reject me was the crucial aspect of this profound healing.
I have always been blessed/cursed with being able to see/tap into other realms and I believe that this is something that is part of my family lineage and also because when you are abused your third eye becomes super active (when I was a child I had to be hypervigilant all the time- you are actually unknowingly training/over training, your third eye)
The creator is not what our strict religious families have us believe- a god you must fear who judges and punishes this is all bullsh*t . I have been blessed to have had many 'supernatural' experiences throughout my life since I was little and 'God', the real one, is totally the opposite of what the religious books will have you believe, I'm sure this will upset people. I no longer seek people's approval, especially as those who are the most messed up are the ones who bleat the most, through the fear programming's that prescriptive religion teaches us.
The mystical sides of Islam (Sufism), Christianity (Essenes) and Judaism (Kabbalah) are where you are going to find more of the truth, of course as all the prophets kept banging on, trying to tell us, you do not follow them, you can have a direct connection to the Creator, and not go through any religion to connect with the truth .

Starting this, I don't feel men should speak on women, however, many men need to hear this from a man. I think this should be directed at men to understand how womens bodies and energies work. Women don't need to retain in the same way men might, and celibacy is not what this is talking about. There is a lot of great information in here, AND retaining sexual life force is the opposite of Source and flow.
Women would initiate themselves into sex magic or other names for this which is one of the fastest easiest (imo) for awakening spirituality and literally lighting up the whole body. Energy directing is different than celibacy and shutting down the creative life force of sexuality.
Just like anything, more energy amassed will have a more powerful and potent manifestation. Doesn't mean abstinence or withholding. It means directing energy differently.
Everyone has their own capacity or desired will with that energy. So everyone would have different energetic needs or demonstrations.
This DOES give HOW to do many of these practices and lots of information for others to look up and learn.

The more complex yoga practices are not "required": simple yoga will clean up your energy channels (nadis) and energy can flow more easily. You combine that with meditation, which helps you keep your focus on the spiritual path instead of shifting into the material. Then you practice the transmutation of energy with your partner and see for yourself what happens.

This is pretty good but misses the mark by over use of female goddess terms and visuals that appeal to women's cozy tribal identifications. Self empowerment is good but it also fogs the subject when it gets down to the details. You seem to imply that Tantra is the default pathway for women to reach high spiritual states. Whereas, it's just one way and a very tricky one at that.
Let me clarify something to start with. Semen is an ADMIXTURE of sperm produced by the testes, and seminal fluid produced by the prostate of the male. "Semen" is not a product of female biology. The best female analog to the clear male seminal fluid would be the secretions of the vagina during sexual arousal. It is also a clear fluid. In both sexes the clear fluid, which I will hereafter refer to as the body's 'NECTAR' is externalized to facilitate the reproductive functions but in the objective of spiritual attainment, this nectar of the body becomes the 'inner feedstock' of an alchemical transformation from a material substance - to focused energy - to full enlightenment of the body-mind complex. The alchemical context has to do with the purification of gross matter by various stages of refinement to produce its 'spirit' essence. The body is the symbolic crucible in which this process is carried out.
In the male, the practice of SEMINAL FLUID retention and its transmutation has been covered on your channel and it's good information. I was expecting to see a similar description for female fluid retention but you took a different tack. The process of female 'Nectar' retention is similar in process to that of the male retention with some concession to the obvious source differences and inner workings of each.
Regardless of the way the nectar originates, the process thereafter is very similar. In the female body, visualization practices focus on the vagina to 'gather' or pull nectar from the tissues up to the Sacral Chakra. This is the 'gathering' phase where the fluid is energized by mantra while being further pulled up to be stored at the Navel Chakra (Dantien) or "elixir field" which is the primary storehouse of body energy in both sexes. From there, using strategically applied techniques of visualization, inner mantras and 'Bandhas' ; Mula Bandha, Uddiyana Bandha etc. the body nectar is drawn up in stages through each chakra via the Sushmna. These are the techniques found in Kundalini Yoga. It's the same process for both sexes.
Aside from the reproductive area, male and female bodies have the same internal organs and same chakra system. As far as Kundalini Yoga is concerned, the internal processes employed are nearly the same although there may be some differences in visualizations, or archetypal embodiments and other aids, which I was hoping you would elaborate on. But you emphasized body worship concepts emphasizing exchanges of energy between male and female. I was wondering why you did that?
Anandamayi Ma, a most famous Yogini, NEVER had sex (Tantric or otherwise) with her husband in fact there was a strong battle of wills with her husband over the matter. Why then is Tantra highlighted here as the practice that women should follow? Where are the examples? Tantra has a lot of control requirements both bodily and mentally. It requires a lot of very intense work.
Serious female Yogis follow similar lifestyle practices to male Yogis. Although there are fewer of them to document, they are out there. How about shedding light on this small population? That would be an interesting thread of discovery. Look at examples of women saints. Did they go through a Tantric relationship to attain their high status? What about the Goddesses of ancient times? Were they all Tantric practitioners before flying in the clouds? How about Mary the mother of Christ? You have to respect her. How did she gain such a high standing and devoted following? St. Agatha, St. Clare of Assisi were nuns from the Catholic tradition. Apart from them there are plenty of renowned female Yogi's, Guru's, Buddhist nuns and enlightened women in Eastern traditions.
Tantrism is one of many schools that have evolved to pursue spiritual attainment. Western fascination with Tantra is attractive for it's core of sensual practices, which are eyed with fascination by the uninitiated, but in India and Taoist China Tantra is a serious and deep subject.
U typed a lot. Women are goddesses. All babies are female before they transform into a male if selected through DNA. The universe is Feminine. Masculine is a step down. I don't mean this as a negative. Masculinity does serve a valuable purpose.

There are 2 ways to channelise your energy - Yogic way ( suppress) and Tantric way ( go with the flow)
Those who have strong masculine energy ( fight, aggression etc) should go yogic way. Those who are naturally Feminine ( caring, nurturing etc) should go Tantric way.
Tantric way sees sexual energy as energy as well. Nature gives all the basic urges for a reason - sleep, hunger, micturation. Sexual energy is part of nature as well. If you let it flow and dont dwell on it, it will pass naturally. Just as food. Once you are full you carry on with your day. You dont sit and dwell about food.
Unless you are an addict then you have to put a limitation on your addiction.

Do some yoga to clean up your energy path (nadis), do some meditation to try to get rid of material craving and start focusing on spiritual goals. Then practice sex with your partner, just shifting your goal from reaching an (and possibly more than one) orgasm to letting the energy flow inside of you and getting amplified, meanwhile just observing it. Do pranayama while doing it. I know, it's easier said than done, but that is what the "sexual rituals" are. Of course the partner must work together with you.
