Hmmmm, interesting first steps (soaking in hot water and oven drying after). I make peanuts but not with those first steps. Well I will try adding those to see if I should modify my method or not. Thanks my dear and keep up 😘

Please can we use roasted groundnut or most it be raw

Thank you for watching..yes you can BUT it will be very roasted again during the frying process because the heat penetrates. Also, if you are drying it in the oven after washing it might start getting a little roasted so it depends on you, you can choose to roast or not

Just to let you know that roasted groundnuts have the tendency to break in half easily, so you might have a hard time coating. Enjoy 😊
