For the next 30 years you are locked in to only specific vacation spots. This person has no update for anybody cuz they obviously regret their “investment”
Yes, you can use it but it's not worth it in my opinion. The premise is that you have 7 days a week per 365 days (2% of total usage). And the rest of the days 358, or to be exact around 340 days because you are not allowed to use it on special holidays like christmas, new year, holy week, and chinese new year, which is very counterintuitive since you want to have your vacation on holidays. And the worst part is that while they are generating income on other days and jacking up the price on holidays, you pay for the maintenance costs for the entire year. It's actually 11k per year for 7 days. What they are trying to tell you is that nobody uses these rooms and that they have to be maintained and be made ready for you when you decide to come and visit. This is the biggest lie they are selling. In the end, apart from paying a ridiculous amount, you still need to pay 11k per year for the entire duration of your time share. Say, you have 10 years, that means you also need to pay an additional 110,000 on top of the 400,000 you paid for the right to use the time share. This is probably the worst financial decision I have ever made.
