  • TRILITHON AKA Huib Schippers! 1991! A sound far ahead of its time! Perhaps the best track released in 1991, I can't think of many other tracks it would be up against with this sort of sound. To me, this marks the dawn of hard trance - and there's no doubting that this track hits HARD!! Even better we've got 3 different versions of it! Crank up the volume for this one!
Samples Philip Glass' "From Egypt", a sample I instantly recognized from TMM - "CMOS-K" in 1995 (featured on Rave Mission VI). Turns out... TMM is none other than Huib Schippers as well! The man knows how to make hard trance!
Been sitting on this video for almost a full year. Not sure why - wanted to have the other two tracks edited and uploaded but never got around to it. Will try and finally do it next few days, but this track/video is just too good to keep sitting on - and a flawless vinyl copy this one.

Very expressive track. Also, listening to Synrise, Nothing I Can Do, Trance Dance - is a must for any oldschool trance lover. TMM - "CMOS-K" was also one of my favs. The entire Rave Mission VI edition was fantastic: clever label guys - on those easily available compilations they used to publish a lot of rare vinyl stuff. Such abrasive and banging early European techno/new beat synth sound influenced early Goa trance artists; say, Man with no Name - Deep Trouble In Outer Space (Original 94' Mix) and so on.

for sure one of the best tracks from that year... simply astonishing
the whole album Trance Dance 128 is amazing - it made way for many trance subgenres... a truly beautiful part of history

That’s fuc.. ed up bro i understand that you don’t know about the sample but it’s from the muslim call to prayer so i advice you to remove this video cs many people will find it offensive, we muslims don’t accept mixing our religious practices with music

he didn't write the music, he's just sharing a video of a rare piece of vinyl.
Be mad all you want, but being mad at the person who owns the record instead of the producer or record label who released it is pointing yourself in the wrong direction.
Not to mention the obvious here, but it looks like I have to ... this record is from 1991.
So I'm sure some of the other 1 billion ++ Muslims heard it already and have already logged complaints.
Maybe take a breath and a step back.
