Dr Wheelo is My favourite DB Character since my Childhood also my Main in Sparking Zero i love his Design and lore so much 🥰 i also rewatched his Movie again today :D Btw Dr Wheelo and Ginyu has the same Voice Actor in english 😅

Eh, it's kind of an inconsistency. When Wheelo was first designed, the dome in his mechanical body was supposed to house not just his brain, but also his internal organs... His design was then revised to just include a giant brain. Also, i don't remember if it was stated that Wheelo was going to have his brain physically transplanted into Goku's body or simply transfer his consciousness using a machine that we never see since he wasn't able to incapacitate Goku.
