Hi Ganesh Many thanks for your enquiry. The SL2100 (and the SV9100) requires 2 IP addresses when using VoIP (IP Extensions and/or SIP Trunks). The IP Address configured in PRG10-12-09 is used for signalling, e.g., SIP signalling. The IP Address configured in PRG84-26-01 is used for RTP, or in other words, the voice media stream. For One digit Service Codes: These are setup in Easy Edit-System Numbering Plan-Service Codes-Single Digit Code These are Service Codes that a user can dial during a call, eg when calling a busy extension you can dial # to set Camp-On. To have a phone called using one digit, this can be done several ways: 1. Setup as the Operator in Easy Edit-System Numbering Plan-Default Operator Other users dial 0 to call the Operator extension 2. Setup a Department Group in Easy Edit-Department Groups-Department Group Options Setup the Pilot number with a single digit Add Extension 199 into the group You will also need to setup the single digit dial in Easy Edit-System Numbering Plan-System Numbering Kind regards The NEC Team

In more detail: Secretary Call (Buzzer) • Boss & Secretary must use NEC Multiline terminals with programmable Function Key (code 41 + Boss/Secretary extension #) • Secretary can have multiple buzzer keys to support multiple Boss extensions • Press the Function Key to buzz the Boss/Secretary • The Boss/Secretary places a normal intercom call to respond Secretary Call Pickup • Secretary must use an NEC Multiple terminal with programmable Function Key (code 42 + Boss extension #) • Secretary presses the Function key to divert the Boss’s calls to their extension • Boss - >Secretary divert is turned on/off by pressing the Function key at the secretary terminal If you require further information please see the appropriate sections from the SL2100 or SV9100 Features & Specifications Manual which is available from your local NEC reseller/distributor.
