    50g Rice flour 粘米粉
    150g Glutinous rice flour 糯米粉
    25g Wheat starch 澄粉
    40g Sugar 糖
    220ml Water 清水
    1 tbsp Corn oil 玉米油
    180g Peanuts 花生
    1 tbsp Sugar 糖
    2 tbsp Peanut butter 花生酱
    (No. 2)
    紫薯糯米糍
    Purple Sweet Potato Mochi
    Ingredients 材料
    ➡️ Glutinous Rice Dough 糯米团
    220ml Purple Sweet Potato Juice 紫薯汁
    10g Sugar 白糖
    150g Glutinous Rice Flour 糯米粉
    20g Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
    15g Butter 牛油
    20g Fried Glutinous Rice Flour 炒糯米粉
    ➡️ Filling 馅料
    300g Purple Sweet Potato 紫薯
    20g Sugar 白糖
    20g Butter 牛油
