You have to have all the nfts in your account on mattel creations and on snapshot day you'll get a redemption token dropped. Then you just login and redeem the day it is open for it, really simple now.

I was lucky enough to get a redeemable car, 55 chevy panel bus. I don’t see where the redeemable coin would be on the mattel creations site. Do you happen to know what I need to do?

You won't get the token to redeem it until August. Up top right by your profile there is a "my redeemables" section where it will show up.

You can't, they stay there for a few months till they open up selling and trading. S4 is a mess IMO because of that
