I meditate every morning in the bed, before gettin up, before EVERYTHING! and i love it, it really changes my life, couldnt do it any other way now. I have my "playlist" too, or You Tube library, you can watch my favourites on my "channel"/ "avatar"/ my subscriber place. I am doing this for 5 month now, and I choose different ones, acording to my needs. I love Thich Nhan Hanh, Mooji, Eckhart Tolle, Greeg Braden hearth coherence guided meditation, I did Joe Dispenzas Hearth Coherence guidade meditation for the first month, and then change. Today I make a Deepak Chopra guided meditation for the first time, he make one yesterday for the entire world alive, and I absolute love it! I higly reccomended you the last one he makes alive , is in You Tube on his channel. In the noon or afternoon I usually make another one, always 15, 20, 30 min. And Every night, before sleep, in my bed, resting, before saying good by to the day, makes me feel so good! And I sleep so much better and quickly, better dreams, better waking up next day. So, for me, now, meditation is almost like breathing, in fact I practice Mindfulness, so, I try to be in a meditate state All day long, or much as I can be aware, and awake. Thich Nhan Hanh teach me that :) I love him so much. Also Eckhart Tolle recommends living in Presence, and Mooji a bit too. So, I make my own mix. Much love to you, and If you can recommend me a meditation or an app? I saw yours, but dont saw the names. Thank you for being there, always love to see you (sorry for my inglish, my first language is spanish, so... I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina, in the south of the south :) ) Peace. 💓💓💓💓💓💓
I'm a stay at home mom with a 3 year old, so I meditate at night in bed when she is asleep (I envision my bed is a raft drifting in the sea, and I relax to let the currents gently take me places). I also meditate in the bathroom if I'm stressed during the day, and usually envision my calmer self doing breathing exercises in nature. Congrats on your book, I'm such a fan! I hope it comes to Kindle in English soon.
It's great to have new content from you Conni, I manage to get meditation into my routine (almost) every day and have been interested in breathwork since I heard you mention it in one of your podcasts. I will try it today from one of your suggestions :D blessings!! ❤
I'm sure it's been said to you before, however i really do hope you will get yourself to a 10 day Vipassana retreat after the lockdown is over, you're more ready than most who attend as new students, you will be glad you did since only Vipassana can purify the deepest root of the mind, i've been a meditator for decades now, i do 2 hours in the morning 4-6am with a half hour stretch in the morning then an hour in the afternoon 1-2pm then an hour in the evening 8-9pm before bed
Love this one, we need you more often. This Isolation in quarentine is very powerful. I live by myself, so, I feel the necessity of other people so... nice seeing you, makes me feel more in company. Gracias. 💜
RPM - must make this part of my morning routine, followed by yoga. Simple to do but requires discipline. Thanks for these very useful tips Conni. Enjoyed this. Ohm.....
@@ConniBiesalski So true. I will do it. Promise you. So simple if done as soon as one hops out of bed in the morning. Much love to you Connie and many thanks for the interesting and useful videos.
Share your meditation routine with me :) How do you meditate? And when? if you don't, what keeps you from doing it?
