Mid to late 30s? I must say that's a first, I usually get told I look younger. My health is in good order thanks, I train Muay Thai five times a week and have a great diet.
Thanks for your comment, we do plan to make a season two soon. Can't say Craig has ever been considered older but maybe it's his lockdown haircut - he's very fit and healthy (vegan too!)
@@conversationsbythesea3889 Hey dude its cool.plenty of sleep helps rejuvenate the body and I advice you eat plenty of fruit and veg as this help heal your body. Cant wait for the next series dude I watched all other podcasts on channel now. Keep fighting
Great first episode, really insightful and open. One suggestion? If you can find the space, set it up so that you're facing each other, then you won't have to turn away from the mic to look at Craig (or just don't look at Craig like the rest of us try to do ;) )
