  • This week we are talking about our personal experiences with depression, including how it affects us running our business. According to Mind, 1 in 4 people in England will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime, while 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (like anxiety and depression) in any given week in England.
For many reasons, depression is often a difficult topic to talk about. Symptom and treatments are commonly misunderstood, too. That's why we decided to film/record this episode.
Every week, we chat about a different topic within the realms of mental health, freelancing and work culture. New podcast episodes every Sunday 💌

G’day from Sydney! Geth and I listened as we chopped the veges for ahem.. dinner (previously known to this northerner as Tea). Great wholesome chats ☺️. Craig, glad (?) to know you got a diagnosis and can understand yourself better with it. You two are a great team (oh and Potter and Harmony of course!) Sending love and Aussie Autumnal love. xx 🧡

For those not from the UK (United Kingdom), in the video GP means "general practitioner" which is a type of medical doctor here in the UK.
