Something that's tripping me up: this is technically scheduling a workflow and within a workflow you can schedule a send time for SendGrid emails to send. So my question is: could you schedule a workflow to run immediately that then has logic for sending multiple emails on a set schedule of days/weeks from that initial workflow scheduling point (i.e., schedule a drip campaign)?
I'm not able to define endpoints in my backend workflows similar to those shown in the video, currently I only have 3 options "API workflow", "New recurring event" and "Database trigger event". Which do I choose or am I doing something wrong with regards to o my settings?
Why would you make the cancel downgrade step part of the scheduled downgrade workflow? Shouldn’t that be driven by the UI action of the user upgrading their plan?
Fantastic video (I’ll have to watch it a few more times to get my head around it), I’ll definitely need this for my app that’s for sure, Thank You!
Great stuff! Which tutorial shows you how to set up the "send trial email" and "downgrade" Backend API Workflows?
Very good my brother!!! This was the best tutorial that I found about it.
Thanks a lot.
I'm from Brazil. 😉👍

Late reply lol but you can just use the API workflow for that. Maybe it'll help someone who is researching this in the future.
Thanks for another Amazing Videos. Could you help me with sending an emai on User's birthday?
