Interesting... I've done both of the ways you said against the wall and using a bar waist height... Good stuff. I've been trying to get this for a while. I can dish out a good attempt every once and a while, and I can hold it forever against the wall. Just gotta keep on trying
Tim what would u recommend 4 handstand training? Is it n everyday thing 4 u? How long do u train handstands while training 10 mins? 20 mins?...thank u so much 4 your handstand collections....very inspirational. ..
Thanks for this tutorial I have Ben practicing everyday and can hold a handstand for a really long time now I am working on stability of being still I find that walking on hands or moving its so much easier do you have a tip on holding the handstand in one position
Is the hand positioning exactly the same as a normal handstand? Or does it help to rotate your hands further inward/outward? Great tutorial by the way!
When you said that you are a right arm and make this with your left, means that (If you can do) handhops, they would be with the right? I'm trying to learn the one hand handstand with my "weak" arm (which is the right), then I can do some handhops with the left and go to the OH-HS with the right arm. Dope video, peace!
What I've found out is you not only need to be stiff legs and abs, but you need to pay attention your legs don't fly off to the corner. I one arm on my right, so I need to pay attention to my left leg, and make sure it doesn't go too far back. If your legs are on the same plane you wont twist. This is VERY hard to do, at least for me. And your one arm is getting there, one day you'll be holding that for a while :D
My problem is that on one arm my body weight seems to shift in a "circle" while in a normal handstand there's just back or forth (which you can stabilize easily). How to I stabilize in a one-armed handstand?
My wrists got hurt when i did handstanding and pain has not stopped after couple of week. did i do something wrong or is it normal? And how to heal and prevent these kind injuries to happen.
Some pointers: ( Not for him, just others) -Always breath and don't do too many attempts at once, you will get headaches if you train overkill. -Train both arms. My right shoulder is way larger from only training my right side. - STRETCH, VERY IMPORTANT, when have you ever seen a stiff acrobat? when I was balancing my shoulders and legs were not flexible, limiting the control of my handstand. plus if you are flexible you can put your leg close to the floor. Check my channel to see my one arm.
Every time I let the one finger off the floor, my body twists around and I fall. Even when I try to be as stiff as possible, it keeps happening. Whats going wrong?
i am able to do a one-handed handstand with my feet touching the ceiling in my room for balance support... No way i can do it without the support yet! :o
Im a indian and i can hold one arm handstand for 4-5 secs.....and i fall in side....any tips....and why did u say namastey at last...in hindi namastey means hello..:D
