Look into Jon Bernthal's backstory. Professional theatre training, and a passion for acting is what you will find. Dude is gift from god to netflix.
the last guy outta elevator, and walking with explosion behind him is JIGSAW! the guy working with punisher is micro(chip) who later betrays him in comic book....i've only been reading punisher comics since 1983!!!

i loved the trailer... i liked Ray Stevenson as punisher. he was so gritty looking... but Daredevil s2's Punisher was great...

Tiny Table 3 I was thinking that too, not many people remember Dolph Lundgren Punisher, I just didn't like how he didn't wear the skull shirt. Rumours said it might come out on Veterans Day in November too

John Deathspell Lol. I don't know if missing Dolph as Punisher makes anyone a "fake fan". The comic book purists wouldn't even acknowledge that cheese-fest as legit. I (Stacks) remember seeing it in the theater and it's still fun...but not great or true to the comics.
Dolph Lundgren wasn't the best but I appreciate the humble beginnings of this Punisher. The budget didn't help them with making it awesome but I can appreciate some of chessy action and Lousi Gosset Jnr performance which deffinately outshines the tone of this Punisher. Thomas Jane Punisher was awful, the awkward scenes, the chessy faces he made in the action scenes and the low count of bodies killed didn't sell me at all. I hated how they tried to humanize him as well as the awkward moments with Rebecca Robin character. His side kicks sucked as well for both Jane and Lundgren....However out of All of the Punishers I would like to eat my words and choose Thomas Janes Punisher from Dirty Laundry...If they did a movie based on that Punisher then I would choose Him from Dirty Laundry only. I heard Berthal is using Janes Punisher from Dirty Laundry to build this Punisher so fingers crossed.

It looks like they're going hard R-rated with Punisher, so they could get away with a Deadpool appearance. But, by the looks of this, I doubt it. Not saying I wouldn't love to see it but don't think they'll go there.

So good but I feel for the victims of Las Vegas. I understand why they are delaying the series. Punisher is extreme content.

I think your insane because the scene in the graveyard was the most emotional and amazingly acted scenes in any of these Marvel shows.

Difference in opinion. But why watch it? It's going to be nothing different from DD. Your just going to watch it so you complain that you didn't like it. When you were never going to like it in the first place.

I'm sure it will have great parts, never said I hated Punisher, Jon or anything. I just don't seem him amazing based on mediocre performances in my opinion. That goes for all his roles in movies and TV. We watch to know what we like and hate. But assume what you want.
