I love my ducks! Found one farm duck egg and put it in an incubator. Had to get three ducklings from craigslist so my original would have buddies. They live in our chicken run with our 5 chickens!!

We have a homestead and rescued a new chick and after a lot of TLC we released her to the other duck
Now we have consistently 1 egg every day and it’s Northern winter

My ducks are broken, they only lay in the winter ( Florida’s winter), when march rolls around, they dry up like the desert.
lol. They’re hot. Give them some blocks of ice to cool and they may start laying.
@@TheFamilyDreamLife I tried that the first year, it didn’t work. We have an artesian well, the water ice cold no matter the time day. I put a cow filler pump on their pool to circulate the water, it didn’t matter, still no eggs. This is yr 4 of rotating our ducks and they’re all the same. Never any eggs in the summer.
