- No matter how you feel about guns, we know passing laws around that subject isn’t easy. Senior political reporter Steve Sebelius has been closely following the issue and speaking with some of Nevada’s top leaders about what can be done to make our community safer.
SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED! People will do evil things no matter what. If you can send men and women to fight a war at the age of 18, they should be allowed to buy when they make the age.
Shall not be infringed.
Laws do not prevent crime. Never have, never will.
I remember when the policy was use a gun, go to jail. Apparently those days are over. If you use the gun to perpetuate a crime there should be no plea bargain
How do you ban something which is federally, constitutionally protected? How do you ban said item when banning said item is illegal? Why not simply pick up and move out of the country if you are serious about wanting to feel safe or being in a country that bans such things? Wouldn't that be easier?
Punish law abiding citizens while expecting criminals to obey the law.
Gun control is never an answer for mental illness and gang crimes. Several States have very strict laws on the books, but that doesn't stop young kids from stealing cars and guns to commit crimes.
Gun rights ARE public safety.
Public safety depends on honest, peaceful people being armed as they see fit.
