Great bookmark ideas! I don’t know which one to start on first. I needed the explanation on how to add a tassel to the bookmarks. I like the way you tied it on. Great idea to leave them in the library return boxes. Hadn’t thought of that. Thanks for sharing!

I loved your video! I absolutely love scrap and bookmark videos, two of my favorite things. I donate them to the library and I also give them as gifts to my students(I'm an elementary school teacher). You can donate them to a school library and the kids LOVE them! Another idea for making them is to use up your washi tape to make fun patterns on card stock.
Fun idea with the washi tape! Yes, when my girls were in public school I donated some their school library and the kids enjoyed them.
@@BourbonCreekCrafts that's a thought. There is a school right up the road. I just retired from the schools, and never even thought of that.😏
Magnetic strips that have sticky stuff works well. Fold card stock in half put square of magnetic tape inside .
The no glue no cut origami one was my absolute favorite of all

Good timing! I just cut down some larger printed sheets that had bent corners, edges, etc, I used 6 in for the lengths of most of my cutdowns, so, I'm all set. I like keeping these rectangles in my photo box case to be ready to make cards, etc. More motivating, that way.😊

I could make tons of bookmarks from scraps using these ideas. Do you donate your bookmarks? If so, which organizations accept donations? Oh Yes, the Library is a good start.
Churches take them, senior centers, libraries, retirement homes
Cards for Soldiers also takes them.
@@BourbonCreekCrafts I sat down and make 37 bookmarks in 30 minutes. This was great fun. TFS. Now, I gotta make tassels or ribbon tops!!!

Where did the scraps of paper come from?
I had bags and boxes of scraps from various projects over the years and was trying to work through them.
