****you will need:****
For the cupcakes:
125g soft butter (130mls / ½ cup)
125g sugar (150mls / ⅔ cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5mls)
2 eggs
125g self raising flour (240mls / 1 cup)
¼ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (1.25mls)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (5mls)
30g milk (30mls)
Buttercream:
500g icing sugar (950ml / 4 cups)
250g soft butter (260mls / 1 ⅛ cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5mls)
Milk - as needed
Colours of buttercream:
Uncoloured - ¼ cup
Red - 1 cup
Black - 2 tablespoons
Yellow - 2 tablespoons
The balance - green

What I love about this method of making the heart is that you can eat it from any angle and you'd still get the heart shape.
The one thing that I'm glad I'm done with this video is that 'you're a mean one, Mr Grinch' song is no longer stuck in my head 🤣
