We rent this house, so these shelves are my absolute goal. I REALLY want some dark green built in shelves with some cabinets towards the bottom. Hoping to get that when we finally buy a house too 🩷
I don’t know what my hang up is but I CANT stand shelving a book that I have not read yet 😮! It would just bother me so much. I’m weird I guess- and I am FIERCELY jealous of your shelves and quantity of books in your possession! I have a collection of order 300 cookbooks that I have nowhere to display 😢, and if I didn’t turn around and sell or donate books every month I would probably have over 1,000 of other books too
I have probably 500 unread books, so if I didn’t shelve them it would be a disaster. I unhaul books about every other month. If I read a book and it’s one I don’t think I’ll ever reread (I am a fan of rereading often) then I unhaul it. Last year I got rid of a lot of my YA books, probably half of my collection at that time was YA. Im now trying to focus on building shelves that truly represent my reading taste, so im hoping to get more read and eventually have a smaller TBR pile. But it doesn’t bother me to have a big TBR pile either. I love to collect books 😆
Beautiful shelves! Love your 'aesthetic' shelf, I really want to do something like that when I get my new bookcase. I'm still sad the Book Depository shut down.
I think I read house of leaves at the wrong time (6m pregnant and STRUGGLING) but it was kinda eh for me 😕 I thought it was a really cool concept though. Wish I would have waited! A lot of the pages you don’t have to read-repeating the same sentence, 5+ pages of names, one word on the page, etc. I just read a little bit at a time over the course of a month
Ok first, Love & Other Words - same girl….same! I just read it this month and absolutely loved it. The Chestnut Man, can we do a Beth’s book buddy read or something cuz I’ve had that on my TBR too and want to get to it.
Found your channel & subbed! I am so obsessed with your shelves, OMG. You've always done them so nicely :,) Welcome to the family! I have a very special question for you. What really inspired you to start a Booktube channel?
I came to this video to get more mystery reqs after just DNFing The Maid, only to see you have it too! don't recommend it unfortunately if you still haven't gotten to it :( in exchange though I do recommend a book called Sadie! it's an abuse revenge thriller set like a true crime podcast it's YA but very mature! much more than The Maid honestly
Errrr hold on you have a full room dedicated to books and cross stitch !!! You are living the dream !
🥰🥰🥰
Goals!!! My goal once we buy a house is to have the definition of a library!! ❤❤ It's also awesome that your husband has the same hobby as you!

Rose Madder was my first Stephen King book and I loved it!
Please read Lisa Gardner I love her books but I never hear people talk about her! My favorite by her is Find Her and Fear Nothing

So beautiful! 🤩 love how you have organized them
Thank you 🩷

1h video? YES!!!!!
😜🍿
Would love a video (if possible) on horror recs that aren't gore? Like spooky/chilling/terrifying. I can only seem to find slasher ❤.
Beth got a whole Barnes and Noble in her room 📚 do your friends always try and borrow your books?
Thanks for sharing!
Oddly enough, none of my friends read 😜 so I don’t have the issue. They’re missing out tho
Same! More for us! 😜
U should try Karen Rose books if u like suspenseful thrillers! She is my favourite
I love this! Thanks for sharing!
amazing library you got there.
Thank you! 🩷
You have Caitlyn Doughty!? I LOVE her!! So cool!

It’s going to be a read for my super low key serial killer book club for April 😜

Would love to read house of leaves when you do! 🖤
I’m not sure when I’ll get to it, as it’s probably the most intimidating book I own 😜
@@BethMorvant I get it! I’ve had mine sitting pretty for a while too! 😂

"This is why I'm poor" 😂
No Frieda McFadden? Unless I just missed it 😂 Same with Needful Things for Stephen King books.
None. I’ve tried her books via KU and they’re too similar to my already favorites.
@@BethMorvant have you read Needful Things? It’s the only Stephen King I’ve read.
@@theswiftieteacher I haven’t. I’m still making my way through his work. One day tho 🤞🏻
*What's the Total amount of Books that you have ?*
