    Great video. I struggle with hip drop and my right glute meeds not firing. Gotta work on strength trining as I have a 50 mile mountain ultra coming up in a few weeks and RRR 100 mile coming up in Sep. This was a great video. Tried the exercises and they helped. Thanks.

    Thank you for the practical videos. I often find a focus too much online on a muscle group exercise or pose to improve form but not on the movement patterns that are specific to running which is really a combination of things.
    Gonna start incorporating this in my strength routine, thanks so much!
