  • Nonduality teachings often feel profound and inspiring, but do they truly work in your daily life? It’s common to find yourself reverting to old patterns and feeling disconnected, despite understanding the teachings. This isn’t your fault; it's part of the journey. The key lies in cultivating sensitivity and stabilizing the mind through meditation. By practicing non-doing, you’ll open yourself to the truth these teachings point to. Relax your mind, focus your attention, and let go of grasping thoughts-this will allow the nondual insights to naturally take root in your life. With patience and consistent practice, every moment becomes a direct pointing to your true nature.

The non-dual teaching is not to "help" you manifest a million dollars. The question is: are you ready to hear the teaching? It's not supposed to work. This is why mysticism remains a mystery, because some people get it and some don't. You can't force it on people and nobody should. You shouldn't even seek it. It takes some balance to continue to play the game wholeheartedly without cynicism all the while knowing what you see is not necessarily the whole truth. Don Juan called it controlled folly. Somebody somewhere said "Before enlightenment, chop wood, carry water. After enlightenment, chop wood, carry water." Some people just shouldn't teach stuff they only understand mentally.

@@RodTenor I agree that manifestation doesn't make any sense from the non dual perspective.
Nevertheless, all respectable nondual teachers address the paradox of seeking (Ramana, Nisargadatta, Papaji....) in which you ironically have to have a full heart interest.
Like a Zen monk would have in being a monk, receiving the teachings and meditate everyday.
      Much respect 🙏

Tried most everything, feels like the realization that I've never had any control has moved me the most. Witnessing that surrender for years. Still the answer to your great question is No, not even a glimpse something extraordinary worth talking about.

That answer comes from thoughts. A glimpse is an experience. Truth does not matter about those things at all. Thoughts are nothing. They are literally the thing that needs to be thrown out to reach enlightenment! A glimpse? You want a glimpse? Stop thinking for 10 seconds and you will have a glimpse.

      Hello!
Well. you are talking about something very profound and personal. I say this because I can give you some general advice, but it would help if you give me details about your situation:
There is physiological fear and psychological fear.
Physiological fear is when you are in front of a clear physical danger (like the edge of a cliff or in front of a hungry lion): That fear is very normal and healthy.
Psychological fear is different. It is not caused by imminent physical danger. It is caused by thoughts alone. So, changing your mental perspective on the situation will definitely help (thinking other legit thoughts that could also be true but feel calmer).
A psychologist or a doctor would recommend slow belly breathing to counteract chemical imbalances.
      I hope that helps 🙏

@@raghda8318 keep diving into the fear and you will find that there is nothing to be afraid of. The ego always knows what it will lose but never what it will gain.
