    Hi there, ..Thank you deeply again,. I dont know you, tried to find some information about you, but could not find it,. Can you tell a litle about yourself? I have 2 bad days at the moment, i meditate on own accord since a year, and I am lost,.,.god knows what is happening,. Thank you for this relaxation-body-scan-advizze, very to point,. I have a deep contraction,.but it is a litle beareble now,.I am not in search for guidiance, but i appriciate what you offer,.

      Hello! Do you mean to make a video about myself? 🤔 That's fair. I have an interview coming in the next weeks, hopefully that is enough.
      Well, I had to go through a lot of teachers to know how to meditate. I think it is really normal if you can't make it on your own. I don't know anyone who could really succeed on their own, at least all the way through.
      I'm very glad that you have found the relaxation useful. (I think I made a guided meditation on this channel on that...).
      I hope you make the most of the bad days before they are gone 🙃🙏

      Abiding beyond thoughts will weaken guilt and shame because they are only judgments/thoughts.
      There is a book called A Course in Miracles that could certainly help you doing that.
