bleach will always have a special place in my heart even with all its flaws.
Todd Medium Wellington honestly, the flaws are what makes me comin back to it, i still talk with friends because we try to "fix" some of the flaws and fuck around with fanfic about "all captains becoming visords to get more power" etc. I honestly believe that the flaws are what is keeping it alive.
Same here! It might have had it's fair share of flaws, even more so then other series. But there is one thing had has that they can't come close to.

Yeah, I never got how we didn't get a bit of that even at the end of the Aizen arc, because Ichigo is carrying his dad, with Rangiku right there! She didn't recognize her captain, with whom she worked for many years? She didn't bother to just ask him a question? Ichigo's friends also don't seem to care that his dad is a Shinigami, even though he's right there, in shinigami clothes!

@@randjan8592 Like toriyama did with the cell saga in dbz, i'm sure tite kubo just made it up as he went along. It's the problem with most of these long term shonen mangas. The mangaka just didn't plan the story from start to finish. The only manga/anime i know that has a story planned out from start to finish is attack on titan.

@@randjan8592 The author said it himself that he didn't like how some shonen manga have this 'sudden' plotwist about this side character or that side character due to poor planning. So he took inspiration from got book writer g.r.r martin and plan his story from start to finish, generally.
Personally I think Aizen's bankai ability should be shockingly simple. Like instead of sensory manipulation, it's flat-out sensory overload.
Feeling, seeing, smelling, tasting, and hearing, EVERYTHING all at once, at such rapid speed and intensity that the brain overloads and slowly starts to die.
THAT I feel would be a fitting ability for Aizen, AND a good reason for why he never bothers to use it.
Because it can't control his pawns in anyway, only kill them.

Im not sure if you know this, but aizen’s zanpakto is already 2 levels above bankai (the 3rd stage of a zanpakto is when they blade fuses with the arm.) why else can aizen use kyoka suigetsu without using his sword, or summon his sword out of nowhere?

Isshin was the uncle of Ganju and Kukaku, with Ichigo being their cousin, I'd have liked to have seen that going somewhere. Too bad it was never explored further!

I would have had Tsukishima give Ichigo his "Book of the End" powers. Aizen devises a way to allow Ichigo to stab Yhwach, like he did in the manga, and Ichigo slips himself into his past and learns about his weaknesses (which "Book of the End" allows). There, Kubo goes into a flashback, and here we see the original Gotei 13, when Yamamoto and Unohana were "demons", we see the Zero Squad fight and showcase their powers, we see the Quincy vs Shinigami war, we see the Soul King, and how Yamamoto originally defeated Yhwach. We learn about Yhwach's weaknesses, and then it goes back to original time. Then it becomes a fair fight between Ichigo and Yhwach, since now he understands his weakness.
Oh my, that's beautiful! I haven't heard of that idea before. It would be really nice even to see actual events from the first quincy-shinigami war! We only saw snippets from people's memories, 1 image and that's it.

It's kind of hilarious how it required bringing back the other broken as fuck main villain in order to trick the current broken as fuck main villain. It's an idea that is brilliant on paper, but horribly executed, as most things were in that final 12+ chapters.
Ginjo might be able to transfer powers to him, yeah he transfers power to the fullbringers so why not. Also make his weakness is just spontaneity, the future seems like a straight path forward but the almighty can see a bunch of possibilities.

Surprised you didn't bring up Uryu's Antithesis powers specifically. For all they were built up to be I was baffled that Kubo didn't just make Uryu stab himself with the Deus Ex Machina Arrow then transfer the damage to YWACH. That would have been so simple to do and would make so much more sense for that to work even if he could see into the future rather than just not seeing it shot at him. That would actually live up to the fears Jugram had about Uryu being able to hurt YWACH with his power.

Exactly. Izuru, finding out that Gin was a good guy makes it amazing. Especially if he uses his Bankai during that fight and its an AoE one and he doesn't care if Aizen gets caught in it. It could go three way free-for-all.
Izuru doesn't stand a chance, but it could still be amazing. I think of it like Renji vs Byakuya; Renji wasn't going to win. But he got that moment at the end when he touched Byakuya with his broken sword. I imagine Izuru doing something similar. His Bankai doesn't turn the fight, but I could see it forcing Aizen to Bankai and then Yhwach also has to get serious.

It has become clear that Kubo did not know what to do with Orihime and her powers. He made them too broken and now he does not know how to use them properly.
i think that was supposed to happen in that final fight to separate juha bach from the soul kings esscence thanks to orihime.

Byakuya stays dead
Izuru stays dead
During the Äs Nödt fight Rukia defeats Äs Nödt and there's a Byakuya voice over of seeing her growth.
During when Jugram visits Kyoraku instead of that Robert Accutrone gets his rematch against Shunsui.
We actually get to see the 8 v 8 melee.
We get every Zero squad member's shikai and Oetsu's bankai as the fight against the Elite Sternritter.
Shinji comes in during the Gerad fight and activates his bankai right after the combo.
When Ichigo steps through the portal to go against Yhwach, Aizen is seen there fighting. Boom Yhwach uses ZnT south to summon the entire original Gotei 13.
Flashback arc we see the original battle between the Wandenreich and the Original Gotei 13 1000 years ago. The connection between Souken and the Wandenreich is revealed.
Cut back to Yhwach activating ZnT. All of the remains Gotei forces and allies show up to combat the original Gotei. Grimjow somehow gets Controlled and ends up fighting Ichigo. Eventually Ichigo fights with Uryu and Aizen against Yhwach. Isshin and Ryuken come in and we see Isshin's bankai. Isshin dies. They defeat Yhwach with Uryu's ability and Ichigo's bankai.
The Aizen's bankai theory is done again but in a slightly more noticeable way.
Same series final chapter ending.

Instead of 8 vs 8, ichigo defeats them. Robert would still be trapped. As nodt includes with rukia and renji but no byakuya voice. Shikai for zero squad activated but they can't use bankai because Quincy can steal it. Shinji bankai doesnt work well one-on-one

@Roman Francis Masaki was still a high schooler when Isshin met her bro, so there’s that. Also different country with different age of consent laws and also they live forever so applying restrictions beyond don’t fuck little kids is nonsensical singe age can’t be an argument against someone that lives forever.
In my alternate ending, everyone would get defeated and ultimately it would be Hanataro who defeats Juha and becomes the next captain commander.

Why don't we do the reverse of Kyouka Suigetsu for Aizen's Bankai? His shikai hypnotizes others, but his Bankai hypnotizes himself. Which leads to autocreation based off of his intellect. Which would bring back the aspect of Aizen that everyone liked. The broken brilliance of Aizen. No puns or references intended. To where his hypnosis brings anything he imagines to come to life. Nothing more godly sans time control would be a fitting ability for Aizen. You could even write the ending to that ability's favor. You could write the end real Kubo-troll style. That this peaceful future is all in Aizen's head. In actuality, Juha's dead. Ichigo is dead, everyone else is dead. You simply see Aizen walking around and ending Bleach on a monologue.

The thing is, it doesn't explain why Aizen didn't use that ability before. Somebody once made a fanfiction where Aizen's bankai was to hypnotize a single person completely, basically creating an entire illusion world for them. This would explain why Aizen prefers to just use his Shikai.
I would have NOT have Yhwach break Ichigo's Bankai and steal his powers. I would have instead made Tensa Zangetsu be immune to being screwed up by Yhwach's powers, allowing Ichigo to beat him with his powers like he should have in the first place. Messing up a main character's final battle against the final villain in a battle manga series is what Kubo should never have done.
Or maybe he could have taken his quincy powers, but not his Hollow and Shinigami powers and maybe Ichigo's quincy powers start destroying Yuha from the inside, or something, at least just make him vulnerable!
that's the exactly one of the solution. Cause if Kubo want to rush it, just don't mess with MC Power

After fighting and killing everyone he alone stands in front of Soul Society when suddenly... In pure shock he looks down and sees a familiar looking sword pierced through his chest. Tired from all the fighting he immediately starts to lose consciousness but before he closes his eyes for good he hears a familiar voice saying: Sayonara, Aizen Taicho...

Those were my thoughts. I was expecting the core of Ichigo's friends along with the Full Bringers and the dads to cross over into the portal. Maybe a captain or two pops up also. At that point we get 2-3 chapters of everyone going full force at Ywach while Uruyu is secretly talking to Aizen about creating an opening for him to fire his arrow. Basically everyone gets annihalated, and then out of thin air Ywach is struck by the silver arrow. Now everyone gets their second wind actually doing damage to Ywach. We also get an epic moment from Chad who Diablos Ywach right in the face. At this point Ywach is angered, but from up above we hear two voices say, "Getsuga Tenshou", as Ishin and Ichigo unleash a massive attack that sends Ywach to his end cursing them and vowing that he will return.

Frankly, I would've just ended it after Aizen...and I'd just have killed Aizen and given that arc a proper ending. Everything after that was so drawn out, slow and painfully passionless up until the last few chapters, where everything suddenly sped up and a lot of interesting chances were lost.
There were so many boring villains who just would not die, even though they had quite clearly lost the fight until they pulled some bullshit out of their ass. It was like they were fighting 5-year olds who kept pulling the 'everything-proof shield' bullshit.
I agree, especially since the wheels were already falling off before the arrancar-saga even finished.
THIS IS LITERALLY WHAT IM SAYING! I finished the manga yesterday and the second half of that arc was such a chore to get through, and Ichigo barely did shit. Whenever he DID do anything that was against Ywach, it didn't have any effect at all. And don't even get me started on that bankai bullshit
I finished watchhing the anime and pieces of the manga but i completely agree. Honestly bleach felt like it would have ended perfectly after Aizens defeat i mean ever since the soul society arc everything was building up the final battle aginst Aizen and the espadas.

The last fight... and a little of what happened after.
It should of been Ichigo, Aizen, Ichibei, Tsukishima and Uyru vs Yuha Bach.
The whole fight should of been everyone taking away whatever options they can from Yuha.
Aizen needs to make it clear that he can mess with Yuha's ability to see the futures. This means that he can still choose an outcome, but he would be picking blindly. You can even say he's using bankai. saying his bankai has control on all senses, not just the base 5, but that it can only affect 1 person at a time. Then explain that Aizen messed with Yuha's sense of time before, in their first meeting. After Aizen saw that he could affect Yuha is when he decided to side against him.
Ichibei re-names him again then Uryu launches Still-Silver before he can reverse it. Yuha has no more access to quincy abilities including the schifts of his sternritter, but still has plenty of abilities and power.
Tsukishima tries to subvert any outcome they don't like, but eventually has to use it on aizen, removing all of his remaining seals.
In the end, The currently nerf Yuha finds he can't kill a fully unsealed Aizen no matter what he tries and instead goes for ichigo.
The fight should teeter out of Yuha's control as he begins to lose to a weaker ichigo. He tries using All Mighty blindly, at first on reflex, but later out of desperation.
Have Aizen explain that Yuha was more likely to win, but there existed a chance to fail. If Yuha ignored All Mighty and fought Ichigo man-to-man he would of very likely of won. He lost because never once in Yuha's life did he ever risk anything, while Ichigo has lost over and over again. Ichigo can face risks, but Yuha refuses to. Choosing outcomes blindly as he chooses outcomes that make his situation worse and worse.
Ichigo finishes Yuha with help.
Aizen is named Soul King as only he and Ichigo are strong enough to replace the old one. needing someone to maintain the worlds balance. Ichigo refuses knowing that doing so effectively hands Aizen the title he sought, while Aizen admits that the world before shinigami, the world he wanted back, would be devoid of people like Ichigo. Instead being full of people like Yuha. Such people would never have bravery. He admits he was wrong and agrees to maintain the current world.
Aizen is rebound to his chair (which is rebuilt) and must continue to serve his sentence even as Soul King. He is relocated to the palace and his sentence is reduced quite a bit for his help dealing with Yuha.
We see the flash forward (personally I was always Ichigo x Rukia, but whichever pairings). Instead of meerly mentioning Uryu they pan to him. Having inherited the quincy powers bound by Still-Silver (but not the others) Uryu is now the second king of the quincy. He leads his group cautiously as he has to find a way for quincy to not erase souls on death.
Lastly can Kon get a fucking body? Urahara could make him one in an hour, like come on!
I forgot about kon but yeah he deserves to have a body, living as a stuffed animal must suck

"No one was present when Gin tried to kill Aizen." So many important characters where there! What about Tatsuki!? SHES SO IMPORTANT!!
Orihime has "god-like" powers. I would've like to see THAT fully brought out. Aizen knows about her powers, and she could've been his "ace in the hole"--if everything else fails. She weakens Juha, but is still defeated by a re-powered Bach. Redemption achieved! Ichigo could really have noticed her. Although I'm IchiRuki all the way, it would've made more sense at the end, dammit! I like your idea about Aizen wandering off; he could gain wisdom and meet up in the future to 'advise' Kazui and Ichika (or, interfere in their lives).
The "flashback" I want to see is what was the exact circumstances where Yamamoto allowed Juha to get away. I'm thinking Bach could "flash back" to the epic FIRST war between Quincy and Shinigami so the reader could realize the import of the CURRENT one.
And, finally, Uryuu and Ichigo. Recall the first Karakura chapters, when Uryuu and Ichigo met. Uryuu released the Hollow bait, and things went seriously awry. When Uryuu balanced his bow on Ichigo, the thing got massive in size. I'd like to have seen a redux of that, with Ichigo being able to now control all the facets of himself--Hollow, Shinigami, and Quincy. Add that to the power given to Uryuu by Juha, himself--BOOM! Juha, shocked and defeated, has his eyeballs literally melt out of the air (think "Wizard of Oz").
I do believe that Kubo intends to come back and finish this. I totally see his revamp as "it's Inoue's fantasy as she got conked out. It was all a dream (Dallas-style)."

charlskingdomh I identify with her more. I think she got done wrong by Kubo, who never allowed her to mature. Even after Hueco Mundo. Hell, NONE of his characters matured!

Tldr; "Ichigo comes through the portal with all his allies and companions from across the Bleach universe and story to confront the enemy and his revived army in an epic final battle." This man really predicted the final battle of Avengers Endgame back in 2017.

Yeah one of the things that bothered me the most was why show that Ishiin is a Shiba if they werent going to do anything about it? I mean having Ichigo find out that Kikaku and Ganju are his aunt and uncle would have been priceless. I definitely wanted to see some closure with that, also I wanted to see Toshiro and Rangiku encounter Ishiin to see what their reactions would be. It is so hard and frustrating because you know all of that stuff was brought up for a reason and something was going to come from it. I will never forgive Shonen Jump for what they did to Kubo and how they ruined the end of Bleach. It sucks that they own the rights to Bleach, if Kubo did than there would always be hope that he could go back and finish it the way he wanted. But with SJ owning the rights I dont ever see that happening. Our only real hope is that they animate that last story line and they end it how Kubo actually wanted it to end.

I feel like Rukia should have gotten a bigger role. Not just because she's one of my favorite character in Bleach, but also because of what Urahara mentioning both her and Ichigo. I don't think he mentioned it just because it started with them. I think it was because maybe Rukia got some power from the hodyoku or something or her bankai could be useful against Yhwach using Yama's bankai since Yhwach using Yama's bankai isn't as strong as Yama using his bankai. Hell, even though it would be sad, I wouldn't mind if Rukia end up getting killed by Yhwach Ichigo and Rukia had their final moment.

Something everyone completely forgot was the Shiba clan, and the fact the ichigo's real last name is Shiba, relating him in some way to kukaku and ganju. You would think that would be a pretty important plot point.
Bleach's Deserving Ending. As ichigo is getting beat and battered by Ywach, he lays on the ground as his power was drained from him. His eyes are closing and as he sees the dark of his eyes, he hears a voice calmly saying, " Finally, the king has fallen." Then you see the famous smirk and glowing yellow eyes of White Ichigo as he takes control of Ichigo's body and the hollow powers engulf Ichigo's body entirely as Full Hollow Ichigo resurfaces and lunges toward Ywach right before he steps through the portal. Ywach was not able to take this power because white ichigo was part of Ichigo's DNA and was within him ever since he was born. At this moment White Ichigo recognizes that Ywach looks similar to Zangetsu and gets enraged as he is reminded that Zangetsu was always caging his power and keeping it away from Ichigo. The battle is fierce and Fully Hollow Ichigo and Ywach are even in power. While the fight is going on, Ichigo is in the inner world of himself and White Ichigo is there explaining to him that Ichigo isn't blood thirsty enough to even cut Ywach. He explains to Ichigo that even his power isn't great enough to win the battle. Back to the battle, we see Ywach getting the upperhand on Fully Hollow Ichigo. Ywach grabs Full Hollow Ichigo by the throat and holsters him up in the air and says, " This power of yours is very raw and would've been able to take me out if I hadn't absorbed the Soul King!" Ichigo starts reverting back to normal and Ywach looks into Ichigo's eyes and says "Your eyes remind me of your mothers ichigo, and she had superior Quincy abilities that I granted her. That is why I had to take them back!"......Isshin flash steps pass Orihime to face palm Ywach and throws him through the portal into the soul society where Isshin and Ywach have a fight to the death. Isshin uses his Bankai as he is furious to find out that the reason his wife died was because Ywach took his powers back from her at the moment she was attacked by Grand Fisher. The Final Battle is decided by Isshin and his rage to avenge Ichigo's mother.....the end.

I would have ended it with the Final Getsuga against Aizen. That was the logical end point for this story and I think that if Kubo did end it there then the series would be remembered far more fondly than it currently is.

your ending is far better than the one we got, and kind of reminds me of the ending of Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood. While the last fight was Ed, you saw everyone contributing. Made it very impactful. (but wasn't Yama's bankai only able to bring back the ppl killed by his sword, so the sternritters that were killed by aushwalen wouldn't be revived right?)
also Aizen becoming new soul king?? lol, i like the sacrifice idea tho, his bankai maybe he doesn't use b/c it requires him to sacrifice his life force too much, so containing ywach long enough for ichigo and ishida to kill him leads to Aizen dying (b/c honestly having someone as powerful as him left around is something I wouldn't want lol)
i knew the ending would suck as soon as the entire cast went up to the soul palace and the zero division was defeated off panel. there were way too many heroes and way too few heroes, you knew kubo would leave most of them out
The main problem on that was having Byakuya off paneling like 5 sternritters by himself and all the sternritter L crap. You´d think that with 26 sternritters you could have enough fights for the lieutenants as well, but Kenpachi and Byakuya just go on a streak on them.
I really like it. In fact I was originally expecting a big battle royal against Yhwach as soon as it became apparent that Ichigo couldn't win alone, but instead Kubo cheated us. I still would have liked an explanation to the soul king. I'm leaning towards the theory that its just a container for an energy that keeps the realms apart, but that's for another day.
I would have loved this as the ending, at least more than what we got. Would have been a good ending.
You made me remember that all the fights that took place in the reformed Soul Palace went nowhere. Mayuri's was probably the only one that kept some momentum and advanced the plot for other characters.
They didn't advance plot but they did provide good character development for a lot of the fighters involved. We got to see Urahara, Shunsui, Kenpachi and Hitsugayas (complete) bankais.
A Bankai reveal doesn't equal character development though. Kisuke's character was pretty much completed back in the Arrancar as with Shunsui's.
Kenpachi's development happen all before he got his Bankai when he fought Unohana in Muken. His Bankai wasn't even complete, far from it actually. In fact, it was the most rushed situation out of them all. We got no information about it from the story whatsoever.
Toshiro's power matured, but yet again, his character didn't develop anymore than what it was before the 1000 Year Blood War Arc.
Havoc They did add some layers to Shunsui. Only Nemu and Shunsui really had part of their character fleshed out. Mayuri was the same Mayuri - unstoppable.
Yeah, some of Shunsui's past was revealed, but it didn't develop his character anymore than what we already know about him. He was always protective of Nanao, his flash back just revealed the reason why. It didn't really bring in a new dynamic to his character. We just found out that Nanao is a relative of his and that was more for explaining her power, not really anything on his end.
Ironically, Mayuri did get extra layers to his character. This whole time we're lead to believe he really didn't care about Nemu at all but for once he shown some appreciation for her intervention in his fight as well as concern over her well being and went as far as to sacrifice his legs to get back her remnants to in order to recreate her. That is real depth down to the detail of having Szayelaporro mock him within his own consciousness as a callback to their differentiating views about their science and creations and it gave Mayuri some humility that he too, fell into the trap of perfection when holding Nemu to such a high regard.
I think Mayuri really just has pride in his work. He didn't show an extra layer because when they show the trouble he went through to create Nemu it ties into his character why he wouldn't want to see his creation destroyed. He even revels in the fact that he create something that Urahara could not.
As for, Shunsui, they didn't need to ADD to his character because what they were doing was fleshing out a character who already has very significant traits. They showed his past and it not only explained why he was protective, but it continued to expand upon the selfless character they've been building him up to be throughout his very limited appearances. He loses so much and really only knows his duty to everyone else, although it conflicts with his peaceful and relaxed nature. He's actually the most fleshed out captain next to Kenpachi in this arc.

I thought that Ichibei erased Yamamoto's Bankai's name? Remember when he fought with Yhwach, he specifically erased the name of both Yhwach's sword and Medallion (which contained the stolen Zanka no Tachi). Wasn't that why Yhwach never was able to use Yamamoto's Bankai?

Alex yes you are correct on that, well somewhat. Ichibe erased the name and power of the medallion, thus the medallion would automatically lose the bankai it stole. Therefore, Tekking fanfic ending has a major flaw. Don't get me wrong though, I like tekkings reviews and theory's. He usually does a really good job, but I guess everyone makes mistakes.
I think they should´ve adressed how Juha lost the bankai like that it was really bad writting that they didnt.
The final battle and resurrection of sternritters and gathering of a bunch of allies to defeat one final boss seems waaaaaaay to much like the fight with madara lmao
I would have given Chad a new form of his fullbring I mean the set up was all there were Chad and Orihime went into the deserts of Hueco Mundo maybe along the way they find some hidden ruins where they find Grimmjow perfecting his segunda etapa and Chad's arms start to glow (because his hollow like powers resonate with the ruins hes in)Grimmjow see's this and senses his spiritual pressure is similar as the Arrancars he was around and teaches Chad the truth of his power and maybe we find more about Chad and his Family's background (how his mother was attacked by a hollow) sorry this is long but Chad really got shafted this arc along with many others

I just want closer on the whole hueco mundo thing and what happened with Hallibel, Like Grimjow and Nel were trying to save their world and nothing even closed that story, like wasnt she in like bondage chains as a prisoner because she was the new queen or something? I want closure.
Chaoxide she became the new ruler of hueco Mundo but Ywach came in and threw her in the dungeon and still in there until the end of time due to never being saved 😅

nice video tekking, i really like your highlight it and how you would decided to end it, but two things i wanted to comment, is that juha bach may could have not revived the rest of the stern ritters because zanka no tachi only revived those who were burned by it, and the only stern ritter that was killed that way was the one who killed sasakibe, but after that i liked all your points, and the second one is that of course i think you know but all of those plot holes that you mentioned i really think kubo would have responded all of them if it weren't for the cancellation, but then i also think with a proper explanation the final chapters are logical, still nice video man.

Changes:
1: Gerard Defeated: I had this idea that Gerard has a weakness, which is ironically his heart. Whenever he uses "The Miracle" his heart glows and produces a massive burst of Reshi which then repairs and enhances him. But, his heart is a weak point. Kenpachi is able to pick up on this, and comes up with a plan. He uses his Shikai to cut open Gerards chest, and directly damages his heart. This doesn't kill Gerard, but "The Miracle" is malfunctioning, not able to heal Gerard properly. Gerard then goes Vollstäanding, gets the upper hand. Then Kenpachi goes Bankai, and wipes the floor with Gerard. He then cuts him in half, leaving his heart exposed, before grabbing it and ripping it apart, which permanently kills Gerard.
2: Vizards and Fullbringers: They should have had more time in the Story. It's not that they even had to win any fights, just having them there doing something would have been cool to see. The Vizards are Captain Level Shinigami for ducks sake. They have Hollow Masks! Hachi is a Kido master yet he only uses one technique which does nothing. Why wasn't he making anti-Quincy Kido or something like Nanoe did against Hashwalt? As for the Fullbringers, why not have Riruka trapping opponents in a Prison like Dollhouse or something?
3: Shunsui's Bankai: Shunsui is an awesome character, but his Bankai always bothered me. So I thought about a different one. The Name needs work but I call it *Flower Crazed Heaven Bone Blackened World. While the Shikai makes Children's Games into abilities Shunsui can use to fight, his Bankai does the same, except using the aspects of of growing up and adulthood. His ability to share injuries comes from the aspect of sharing emotional baggage with another person. The Abyss ability represents depression dragging you down. But there's so much more you could do with this. The loss of those you care about? Well guess what? This Bankai manifests them around you, as illusions, and they do nothing but belittle and insult you. (I was gonna add taxes as an ability but that's a bit cruel)
4: Isshin: Do something to help you Son you lazy ass! Or anything at all! The only fight you had in the last Arc was fucking flashback! Just get up, go to Soul Society and fight the Sternritter!
5: Zero Squad: Most you got killed off screen. And what happened to Ichibe after his fight? What was he doing? Hiding? Them being defeated wasn't the issue. I think we were all kind expecting it. But off screen?

I always pictured Aizen Bankai doing what Tsukishima does. It does not only places an illusion in your mind, it plants illusions in your memories. He could make you believe you were his ally all along or something, but with the drawnback that he would have to dispell all other illusions and focus completely into this one, and that would be why he didn't do it.
when ywach opened the portal i honestly thought that was a time potal and he was going to go to the future to kill ichigo when he was the happiest
Bringing up all of Ichigo's friends, allies, and former enemies to have an all out battle royale against Juha instantly reminded me of the ending fight in Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, where pretty much EVERYBODY fought against Father, who at that point basically became a God himself (one of my most favorite battles in anime).
And then thinking about that reminded me of the ninja alliance, the former Hokage, Sasuke, and his group all coming to help Naruto as he fought against Obito and Madara Uchiha.
(damn, how often does this happen in anime now that I think about it?)

Aizen should have secretly activated his bankai after the defeat against ichigo. His Bankai could change the past, create the quincys, Juha Bach and the Sternritter. When Juha Bach went through his portal, Aizen should have shown up and reveal the truth: Everything was his doing, all quincys were made up by him, everything after his "defeat" by ichigo is a lie. Plan B worked, Aizen won and became GOD. Endsieg.
When you were talking about eyes and sacrificing himself my imagination just clicked and went into overdrive and I just saw perfectly this moment of aizen with his bankai fighting against him with uryu on one side Ichigo on the other and all the fights raging around them and him just in his mind everything freezes for a moment and he smiles slightly to himself and in his head he's like this, this is what I truly needed all this time and then that's the end of the chapter that would just be the biggest f****** f*** you cliffhanger to ever happen in anime

Here is my idea of a better ending mixed with your idea :
Ichigo got his Bankai back, but he is weak and when Rukia and Renji show-up, they know he won't be able to do much.
Most reunite as you described and Uryu explain for the Still Silver, but he know that with the power of Yhwach he won't be able to shoot him since he would have already see that, but then Isshin start talking with Ichigo and explains more about his power, the Final Getsuga can be used without loosing power, but it would require more power than Aizen or Ichigo or Kenpachi alone can get, the FInal Getsuga is the opposite of the Arrancar Resurreccion, where their power from their sword get restore, here the Shinigami become his sword, but Ichigo still don't have enough power for that as it will kill or deprive of power anyone not powerful enough who try to use it, then he explain how he know about that and more things since he know the end might be near.
Meanwhile, Yhwach face Aizen (who still have the suit), it start the same way, they start to fight, then the dialog can go that way :
Yhwach : Are you really going to fight for the soul society ?
Aizen : ...
Yhwach : You should have rejoin me, you would have been a god as you wished.
Aizen : You think I need you for that ?
Yhwach : Whatever you do, you have no friends.
*Kira show up far away but can hear them talking*
Yhwach : Even Gin and Tousen died because of you, but for you they were nothing, you can't have friends, you will die alone, rejected by all.
Aizen : Tousen was blinded by his desire of vengeance, and Gin tried to kill me since the beginning. (So now Kira know for Gin).
Yhwach : Even with those who followed you were still alone, I am the only one who can accept you, and I can give you what you want.
Aizen : You don't know what I want !
(Fight going on with Aizen Bankai and all that)
Meanwhile, Isshin ask a last favor to everyone, they all gather and a last Urahara's invention is reveal, the same sword used to give back Ichigo's powers can now give him more, but Ichigo might not survive this, they all pour a lot of their Reiatsu into this and gave Ichigo a lot of power, but he fell, dead...
They are all leaving Ichigo behind and heading to fight Yhwach while Orihime try desesperately to heal him with no results, he have way more Reiatsu than his body could handle and Orihime can't do anything against that much power.
The fight start, a little like you described, everything against the resurrected and Aizen vs Yhwach.
Yhwach and his deads Sternritter start to winn, everyone fell, one after the other, only Rukia protected by her ice and Aizen managed to survive, but then, Rukia get a deadly wound from another Sternritter than the one she fight against, the one who killed her was behind her and basically rip her heart off, Aizen understand they are all against him now and he can't win, he get severely wounded.
And while Yhwach was about to give him the final blow, Ichigo comeback with Orihime, chocked to see everyone dead and Rukia dying from her wound, the hand of the Sternritter who killed her still having his arm through his body and just push her with his feet to get rid of her.
Orihime is chocked and can't do much, Ichigo directly goes Bankai, he just rescue Aizen but Yhwach who saw it kill him, Aizen try to counter but also get killed.
Orihime is left alone, fell on her knee and cry like never and all Yhwach with all his resurrected Sternritter aim toward her.
Yhwach lift his sword and we slowly see the blade aiming toward her head.
THE END !

But a flashback occur.
We see her trying to bring Ichigo back, realizing he have too much power, she try to absorb it, she felt a huge pain and understand she might die too, but she love him and would die for him, she try, and she endup in the inner world of Ichigo with him suffering on the ground and the two Zangetsu telling her she don't have time to waste, if she want to save him, this is now.
She try, but don't success, the Hollow Zangetsu fade away allongside half of the dying Ichigo body.
Then she start crying and beg him to comeback, even if he comeback as full hollow as the last time she said.
Hollow Zangetsu smile and unfade, she still beg, and say the magical word to him "I love you".
Basically happening her heart to him and stop rejecting his hollow part, not only she can now absorb the excess power he have, but also he now can really be how he should have been since the beginning.
Flashback end and Yhwach sword is stopped, not by her power, but by her Reiatsu, the one absorbed from Ichigo.
She open her eyes, look at Ichigo and scream out of rage, her power pulse stronger than never, destroying the resurrected Sternritter, ejecting Yhwach who got all his eyes injured, healing everyone at the same time except Aizen who only got his suit destroyed, and as she fall unconscious, she see Ichigo opening his eyes and smile.
Yhwach is wounded but is still powerful and shout, looking at Orihime :
"I thought this blind part of my future was my victory I did not wanted to spoil to myself, but it was you, injuring my eyes, you will pay for that !"
Now he is alone, but his Reiatsu is so strong and now he is mad, everyone is on their knee, trying to resist that much power, but Ichigo is not affected because of it's insane overloaded Reiatsu, he go for him alone, knowing he want to kill Orihime, he now goes full Final Bankai, which look like a mix between the Vasto Lorde and Final Getsuga and can now fight as equal with Yhwach because his powers are at an insane level now.
They are fighting an epic duel, but Yhwach slowly recover his power to see in the future, all the eyes heal themselves.
He admit he need so much focus because of the power of Ichigo, he can only see a short time in the future, but enough to be impossible to be injured by Ichigo, and even if he could hurt him, his power are way too big for him to die.
And while Ichigo get in trouble because Yhwach get a tactical advantage for seeing what will happen, Uryu is show to not be affected by the Reiatsu of Yhwach, but was absorbing it, preparing a massive arrow shot with the Still Silver, aiming from behind him, in an angle where Yhwach still have wounded eyes and can't see in the future, he noticed that he barely blocked Ichigo's strike coming from those eyes.
He shot the arrow, but Yhwach stop it by catching it while pushing Ichigo, and look at Uryu smiling.
But he suddenly see the same effect as the hypnosis effect from Aizen who is able to fool him with his Bankai, he quickly realised but it was too late, Aizen thrust bare handed the Still Silver arrow in Yhwach's chest and shout at Ichigo to kill him, Ichigo refuse as he will also cut Aizen, but Aizen insisted (here is the sacrifice) and Ichigo used a new attack where he basically shoot a Quincy arrow/Cero mix, using his two Zanpakuto forming a huge bow formed through his new Getsuga Jujisho, piercing through Yhwach temporarily deprived of his powers, also passing through Aizen.

when ichigo had his new bankai broken and repaired.........what happened if it wasn't real at all.....(hear me out)what happened if the constraints of aizen held him out of his full potential. which then released his power tricking everyone about ichigo's bankai broken and having a new one in the very end. what i think is that when aizen is nearly defeated his powers were depleted just like stamina. which then revealed his true bankai

Actually I thought, that if Aizen released Kioka Soigetsu _before_ Yawach actually landed in Soul Society after absorbing Ichigo's powers - it means this was a bankai.
Because his shikai requires you to SEE it first to be affected.

Seriously? This is so easy. Ichigo, Ishida, Ryuken and Isshin vs Senior God. Aizen will soften him up (Maybe with Bankai?) Aizen gets ruined after his attack fails, As Yhwach is about to bring his sword down on Aizen, Ichigo blocks the attack, everyone is stunned and then it's just a 4 man Melee between Father/Son and Yhwach with Aizen commenting to the reader when good combos are used. Then you have them get desperate and Ryuken will whisper about the Soul Silver to Ishida and they need an opening, Maybe Isshin uses Mugetsu to put some pressure on Yhwach, but it'll end with Isshin swinging at Yhwach, Yhwach blocks it, shatters his Engetsu then Ichigo steps over his dad and attacks the same way Isshin did but this time Uryu shoots Yhwach in the back with the Silver just as Ichigo is in mid swing, Yhwach can't stop the attack and he's cut down by a Getsuga.
i would have loved if they ended it with aizen killing yuhabach and ichigo assist him with an awesome bankai that actually does something other than getsugatensho, and then aizen become the soul king or part of the 0 squad, or even marry a goat, the point is i agree with you better ending, i just wished they showed us aizen's bankai and made ichigo slightly i little more irrelevant, so that other characters could have gotten a little bit of character development. (cough...cough, bring Ulluquihorra back)
If Kubo had longer maybe he would have had Ichigo combine his Soul Reaper powers, Hollow Powers, Quincy powers, and Fullbringer powers.
We would get Ichigo with a Segundei ei Tappa (I probably spelt it wrong) and Bankai fused. This could be done with Uryui training Ichigo more on Reiatsu control and teach him how to combine all of his powers.
Eh, your idea is kinda all over the place in the sense that there are too mayn characters on screen. This isn't justice league, lol.
I would have more focus on ichigo, rukia, and ishida. Cause they got shafted in this arc, like badly. Less orihime cause her healing powers are op. Less renji cause he's not all that great. More aizen, but I got the impression that with all the important stuff about their bond in the series, that there was gonna be some big thing with ichigo and rukia. But we don't even see any climax to this. That's the real shame imo.
Daholyone11 exactly! urahara had that full page spread saying basically "it's all up to you kurosaki, kuchiki" and then nothing happened!!? Like why waste a full page on that?

I actually liked your ideas pretty well. To be honest I'm not the biggest fan of the Thousand Year Blood War Arc, in fact I often pretend that Bleach ended after the Fullbringer Arc, but your ending would have been pretty good. A lot better than the BS Fight Kubo tried to shove down our throats anyway. The only thing I would have added would have been a reason that literally NONE of the Visored used Hollowfication in a fight to prevent the end of the world. I mean, hell, they gave ALL the Soul Reapers a bit of Hollow power to keep the Quincies from keeping their Bankais, why no bloody mask? Bloody in the english sense.
Your last video got me thinking. How blackbeard steals devil fruits is incredibly easy. He or one of his crew kills a devil fruit user in close proximity, and they have a fruit on them, which absorbs the devil fruit. Thats how they steal the fruit. How blackbeard has two devil fruits, he actually fed the fruit to one of his rings on his hand (like how Spandam fed his sword the Elephant fruit)

Eoin King I think it is as simple as the Yami Yami no mi being able to absorb devil fruits. It probably works by killing a devil fruit users and before the power leaves the body to the closest fruit, the darkness just absorbs it and it allows him to have two devil fruits. It would make sense. He said that it was the strongest devil fruit. Maybe that is why he wanted it. So he can absorb more devil fruits.
