    no soda, no eno no rice, no dal
    Dalia 1cup
    Sour curd 1cup ( as much as required to soak )
    Salt
    Veggies
    Tempering
    - Add sour curd and soak the Dalia for 30mins.
    - Grind it and ferment overnight
    - Add salt, veggies and tempering
    - Prepare Paniyaram or uthappam and enjoy
