In this video I am telling you about the last 12 years of Type One Diabetic life. As you will see it is a long video (I don't except you to sit through the whole thing, timestamps will be below) and there is a lot of highs and lows diabetic pun unintended 😂
The aim of this video, and channel, is to hopefully inform about diabetes and what it is like to be a T1. As well as encourage other diabetics in not feeling alone and getting help when they need it. I spent a long time struggling and I would hate to know anyone, diabetic or not is going, through the same.
I hope you are doing well whoever and wherever you are. The world is a scary and confusing place right now, but if we all work together to fight against the hate and oppression in the world we can make it a better place. Please subscribe for future videos, such an upcoming video about HYPOS! ☺️
❤️ Stay safe and BE DIABETES AWARE 🩸

Ok, when you’re talking about being “a terrible diabetic” because you couldn’t take care of yourself... em, what 12 year old can? Like don’t be so hard on yourself, just because diabetes is common doesn’t mean it’s easy. It’s really f-ing hard and you’re so brave and incredibly strong to have gone through all this! 👏🏽👏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽☝🏽❤️💚🧡💙🤍💛💜🤎

Laurajayne Nolan that is such a good point to make. I always give myself a hard time but I know anyone in the same situation as me, I would tell them the exact thing you said. I don’t often look at myself as strong or brave, it’s something I’ve only started to do. I’m grateful for people like you to tell me often so that I can start to see and believe it 💓

I'm finally watching this video hahahaha and I loved it. I'm so proud of you for being able to talk about your past struggles and how you've got to where you are now. You are amazing 😁❤️

I'm extremely proud of you, for sharing such personal things and for actually overcoming so much.
I'm obviously not a diabetic (yes, even if I have glasses hahaha), but I do relate with the struggle of mental health.
It used to be this horrible thing which I couldn't get a grip of and it did break me, I struggled for two years to get back up on my feet. Getting help and going to a psychologist was the best thing I ever did.
It also makes your surrounding realize that something is really up and you're not just being dramatic, which is so stupid because you don't have to justify the way you feel.
Anyway, I'm so happy to call you my friend, this video made my heart swell and I lerve you!
Gonna hit up Anthony Padilla and get him to talk to you about the wondrous world of being diabetic x

Well done Hannah for having the strength to make this film and getting to where you are with your T1 and mental health. You spoke from the heart so bravely & articulately about the journey you've been on and I'm sure made it easier for others to reach out for help they might need. We've all been chosen to fight this fight. Keep up the good work. Mark
