💙A little bit about me 💉
I am a surgical nurse by background and work as a Junior Sister in Acute and Chronic pain services. I was redeployed to Intensive Care Unit following the initial Covid-19 outbreak in March 2020. I worked there for 3 months as a Nurse with zero critical care nursing background, but was determined to adapt and provide care for my patients.
On the first shift of the New Year (2021), I was immediately redeployed back to the same Covid Intensive Care Unit and I am currently caring for Covid patients in an ICU setting.
Thank you for another brilliant video. This has definitely me with considering different routes in nursing. Keep up the amazing content😊❤️

Hi Zara, are you a specialist pain Nurse or a junior sister ? How did you progress your career after you have qualified in 2019? Many thanks for your Amazing tips !
Hello Could you tell me Is nursing apprentceship an good idea to do or nursing degree and are the qualifications same or different?
What qualification or how much experience an overseas nurse require to become a research nurse. Does a masters in nursing from India add any value to apply for that role?
Thankyou Zara for this informative video..💖I am glad I found your channel.I am oversea nurse working as a Band 5 and really want to pursue my career in teaching side and all I knew was becoming a PDN first to get a Lecturer post. Can u please sometime make a detailed video on teaching career path. It would be really helpful for us...And once again thanks..Love💖
Hellooo Grace, you definitely don't have to become a PDN in order to become a university lecturer. In order to become a lecturer it is desirable to have a PGC teaching qualification which is a masters and even better if you have a masters/course in your speciality e.g. ICU etc. Research roles is also a great way of developing into a nursing lecturer role :)! I will have a think about how to incorporate it into a video, but i hope this helps for the time being :) xx

Amazing video zara. I just wanted to know whether nurse in uk are directly recruited to intensive care or they have to work in ward after that they are deployed.
Hello Jitin, most ICU units prefer 6months of acute ward experience before working in ICU :)
@@nursezara Thank u so much for the reply
Hi Zara, which course you did to become a pain specialist
Hello
Hi Zara, could you please tell how to get opportunity to study in university or courses which I want to specialise. I did mentioned to manager. Is there any chance I can contact
Helllo, the best way is to speak with your manager in your appraisal about university or courses opportunities and see how they can support you :)
Hii; is hospital accept nurses who completed online one yr nursing course??
Hi zera am a nurse with a carrier gap may I know can I get job as a nurse in uk.Plz reply me...
Hi
Can i be labour or midwife after adult nursing
Which Nursing Course You Cmpataing GNM BSc
Where u stay ? UK?
Hie ZARA ...My name is meena and iam from India ...am trying for a nursing job in the UK however I am having a query that if I am having more than one years of gap after getting one year of experience then will it be an issue for me to get selected during the interview. Please consider replying to my query as I am very tensed about it .
Hiii Meena...I am from India as well and I came here in the UK in 2019 .I had a gap in my career as well before applying in the UK .But dont worry about it because all you have to do is to justify the gap to the interviewer and the NMC while processing your application .Eg: you were doing IELTS or was having some other genuine issues.Thats all you need to do.I hope my answer helped you a little bit..Take care and All the very best.💖
Thank you soo much, Zara ❤...you made my day 😃

Can i do nursing at 25 age or it is too late old for me 🤢my career is in critical phase no job no future mne 12th ke bad engineering ki par mujhe us field mai intrest ni hai mera usme koi future nhi hai mera wo sbse wrong decision tha ab kya kru
I don't think it's late. You can still persue nursing as career Sumit. For job , do little research about age limit in India and abroad.
