Hello. You should draw a diameter dimension. You can click in that icon in the diameter section in the annotation tab. Alternatively: Type with the keyboard in the command line, "DIMDIA"

go to autodesk.com register there and select student edition of AutoCAD which is free download and install follow the instructions and enjoy.
