- The story of Tyler1 who recently gained the attention of the community and got banned 9+ times from being so toxic.
Tyler1 is a high elo Draven only main. He's been known for his toxicity for at LEAST 3 years. Although he's been permanent banned on several accounts, he keeps coming back because Riot can't IP ban him due to him being at a dorm, a public location. Banning his IP would result in banning other students as well.

Never said it was. I never knew who tyler1 was until recently , at first i thought that riot over reacted with his permanent banned but after seeing what he actually did i feel that he deserved it more than anyone else.
