Any developer whom is too sensitive to use Swastikas or other Nazi imagery, should not be allowed to make anything to do with World War 2. Every single Stuka had a swastika on the tail, every outpost had many flags, every Third Reich uniform had a swastika armband.
looking at a swastika, even on google, is illegal in many countries. perhaps the developers did so for this reason; although i can't imagine why they wouldn't change it for North American audiences. laziness, probably.

As others have said, I appreciated the journey and visuals that DICE brought this campaign, but I honestly kind of missed the more linear stories told in BF3/BF4. I liked the Tirailleur story the most because I felt it had the most continuity and felt truest to life. I wish they would have included some gameplay of planes/tanks/etc like they did in BF1 at the very least. This is Battlefield for goodness sakes! Still visually spectacular though. Thanks for the upload!!

Man, there is literally no effort put into the NPCs to make em look historically accurate. Hell, even back with CoD 5 the Soldiers had historically accurate uniforms. (i.e. Wehrmacht and allied troops missing crucial insignias/ranks)

Game developer(s) never seem to get it right, how bullet hitting a human body really looks like. The NPC either look like a terminator or do a full dance before dying.

I guess a lot of players are whining about a modern BattleField, guess we'll have to wait 2-3 years for it. I don't think DICE will do another past tense war theme. What they should consider is remaking BF3 vanilla maps with added BF4 vanilla maps, it should be interesting if they choose to go that route.

What is all the criticism about? Doesn't anybody appreciate the hard work that goes into making these games with so much reality and emotion? It's so disappointing to see people judge such a masterpiece. This is what battlefield means.

What I loved most about BF5 is that it made me relate to each character I used, first time I played in the eyes of an axis character

No matter what people say to me, I will keep my opinion that this is one of the best historical games in the world, it’s oddly poetic and doesn’t shy away from telling stories of hardship, fighting and friendship

I have to say this is an emotional masterpiece! I am European originally and love when they portray the story with humanity and brotherhood values. I am not a fan of BF 2042 as they should have followed what they did with the previous ones. Again this campaign is a masterpiece worth to play and get involved emotionally.

I mean it looks good in terms of graphics, and it's interesting and new that they portray the German side of the war as well. But it just doesn't really seem to have improved from the last game so to speak.
Personally, I find it reprehensible they would force the player to control a German unit.

Bought or blackmailed. If it is completely new for you, you should know that Churchill, FDR and Stalin all were Freemasons. They new what was going on all the time. Just like in the 1st world war and the russian revolution. The Bolshevics and Lenin was funded by the same people. Both wars were planned ahead. Look up the Letter between Mansini and Albert Pike.

I'm assuming that there are difficulty settings, because no soldier of fortune glides through a battle field like that.
While I really love watching the gameplay... it's just not realistic. I get that it's just a game, and I don't fault it for being one. But the bad thing about realism is... if it were actual combat, (without a virtual arsenal, medpacks, human weakness, and a pause button...) most would be lucky to survive an hour.
Still though... The guys that make these videos are very good at it. Personally, I couldn't shine their shoes. I appreciate the fact that they take the time to upload so that we can see the game in action. Very cool stuff. Thanks for the upload.

Bullet sponge protagonist. Each enemy goes down with 2 or 3 shots but apparently the dude you're playing as can tank infinite bullets so long as he crouches down and heals for a couple seconds.

Man i remember playing all the campaign in hard mode and the snow part mission (i forgot what its called) got me the most excited i was literally scared because of how real the game feels

The actual story of WW2 is so ridiculous you could not make it up. So much happened when you look into it and unfortunately this game completely negates all the things that actually happened. The made up story of this game is so fucking bad when they could of done so much with what actually happened. The sad thing is the younger generation will grow up playing this game and believe this is how things were back then and what happened. While the true heroes will be forgotten only to history books.

I’d love to see a Rommel war story in the African front, or a Audie Murphy story for the US. All were doing now is fantasizing history with this bullshit game

No, the reflex sight was invented in the 1900s for naval and air ship guns and had limited use on guns.
Reflex was used in aa guns and planes according to my knowledge

Because I think it did, the story was focused on a squad and had that interaction that you sort of cared about. This, I’m introduced to like 30 different short chapter campaigns where there’s really no depth to it so it makes it hard to care about the characters that are introduced.
I think bad company had engaging characters. I loved my squad. But even then, it was still lacking "sonething".
Maybe an Easy Company war story like that HBO miniseries
