Fun fact : müller didn't actually die, the shots when the screen went black were the Americans shooting Schröder. Müller was captured and was a POW in America, when he was set free he stayed in America and changed his last name to Miller, and is the great grandfather of Miller from the THUNDER RUN tank mission in battlefield 3

Schroder didn't killed Muller. The gunshot at the end was from the Americans. They shot Schroder before he could shoot Peter. This is why Peter is telling the story in the first place. He ain't dead
Muller isn’t dead the shots were one MP 40 shot and two M1928 Thompson shots, also by the way Schroder was aiming the gun muller would have got shot in the gut.
Damn, I'm just now understanding the reason why Muller told that story of how he was caught with some kids stealing from a local shop. It's a direct parallel to his role in the war. Even though he most likely didn't participate in or support the atrocities the Nazis(SS) were committing during WWII, he was still there fighting and just like how he had to face the consequences for being with the group of boys when the stole from the shop even though he didn't steal anything, he now has to face the consequences for fighting in the German army(Wehrmacht) even though he didn't commit any of the atrocities the Nazis did during the war. That's some pretty good writing on Dice's part. It's too bad this story was so short.
Oh shit, i never even thought of that. Honestly this was the best warstory, they should have had a full campaign with this cast. To see them throughout the war
Most soldiers and generals lived through , but Nazi officials in military and generals and officers involved in war crimes where tried at Nürnberg trials , and punished . There are still german veterans alive who retold everything that they had to do .
By the way, just to clarify things. Most of the Wehrmacht generals were involved in atrocities, be it commanded to do so or allowing it to happen. The Western Front and North Africa might have been nice and cushioned, unfortunately 90% of the Germans forces were fighting on the Eastern Front, which means unfortunately most of them were involved in burning villages, rounding up Jews, executing prisoners, destroying infrastructure, rape. This is why Rommel was used as a front for the "clean Wehrmacht". He never served on the Eastern Front, he was a formidable, respectable, upstanding general who, most importantly, was defeated by the Western Allies ALONE.
Many games often bring 'the good guys' point in war games, especially for WW (1 or 2). But, this mission really turns our view that every enemy isn't always 'the bad guy'. Hopefully, there will be more war games that you can play not just 'the good guy' side but also 'enemy' side. That'll bring us to different perspective and makes the gameplay even better
The ending is so sad. You know it's a good campaign when it makes you care about the people even the enemies . Instead of seeing them as nothing but monsters with no feelings you see the human side of them. I really want to play this game.
Only problem is that was very few of the German army at the time and a lot of them committed numerous war crimes, you can’t exactly blame them where the people in charge of your are psychos
THIS IS IMPORTANT, THE SOUND YOU HEAR AT THE END OF THE WAR STORY IS AN AMERICAN THOMPSON, NOT A GERMAN MP40, IT MEANS PETER ISN'T BEING SHOT, BUT SCHRODER BEING SHOT BY AN AMERICAN, PETER IS STILL ALIVE!
Amazing campaign mission.... best I've ever seen that actually humanizes the enemy. Btw, anyone else do a mental doubletake when they heard *American* voices on the enemy soldiers during the stealth mission?? We're so used to hearing foreign chatter from the enemies we're hiding from in games like this, so actually understanding them tripped me tf UP.
Hanzac Hurae No, that's not how Tank Organizations and Battles works. Tiger comes in a platoon of five, just like the Shermans. However, Tigers works alongside with other Medium Tanks such as the Panzer IV and the Panther. Their combat would be effective if their reconnaissance has given them good info. Tanks don't fight other Tanks unless if you have recon.
@@Romanov117 You saw the situation at the late stage of war right? They literally had nothing left, and used whatever they had on them. And German tanks did operate alone, just read about the Wittmann's case when he alone ambushed a British column with a Tiger tank.

@@swatb2719 You might want to consider that it was Churchill who started the carpet bombing of cities (that is, the intentional, wanton destruction of civilian life "just because"). At the point of time of this game, Dresden had not yet been firebombed, but in Roosevelt's demand for unconditional surrender there was straightup understanding that no mercy whatsoever would be shown to Germany or her people (for more info: see The Morgenthal Plan). Approaching Berlin were the Russian troops whose lust for murder and rape of civilians was already established. Of course, you are aware that the Jews in America declared an economic war on Germany within a week of Hitler becoming chancellor. A considerable threat given their position of power in the financial sector and given Germany's barely functioning economy due to the burden of Versailles treaty reparations. In short, France/England never stopped waging (economic) war against after the WW1 armstice. To tie all this together, Germans understood that Germany was meant to be eradicated at the end of hostilities. Hitler's presumption that Germany should become a normal nation with a normal, industrialized economy had to be punished. Although voice track in this game (and it is meant to be a game, not accurage history) emphasizes the irrationality of the struggle, actual history tells us that Germany in 1945 faced Sein oder Nichtsein. [It must be said, Germans have finally learned their lesson and now are so filled with shame, self-loathing that they are willing today to be displaced/eradicated by immigrants from Africa and the Middle East that are openly contemptuous towards German culture, history and people.] All that said, once one is in a firefight, commanders have to do all they can to give the soldier hope and motivation: a half-hearted, doubtful mindset is a guarantee that you and your buddies in the squad will soon be dead. I sincerely pray and hope no one got triggered by playing from the Axis perspective. This is a welcoming addition, we need to see the war from the eyes of both sides not because who was right or wrong but to get the actual picture. I hope more Game developers are encouraged from this to put the Axis perspective into their game plays.
I got triggered. Seriously that is a silly statement, everything and anything is triggering to someone somewhere even if it's because of things like negative associated memories (ex: being "triggered" by the color blue because you had a traumatic experience in a blue room). @@Iklilledurhamster49 Yes it was an offensive war started by Germany but one caused in large parts by a punishing Versailles treaty, which was so unbiased against Germany that historians refer to is not as peace treaty but treaty for peace 'for a set period'. Because the treaty was also so unfair the Nazis could instrumentalise it easily to get to power. This type of thing is everywhere in human history. If you do somebody or an entire country bad by they will come back against you or try at least.
well a bullet gets its force from momentum and when your so close alot of force is not behind it because the bullets doesn't get as momentum but when he killed a tank from far away it was a 1 hit thats cause the shell got momentum or enough to do a 1 hit.
Yeah otherwise it would be too easy, the same goes for the fact that the Shermans do damage to the Tiger in this game, in reality a Sherman doesn't do any form of damage to the front og a Tiger qhen they are equipped with a 76mm gun
@@gaatjeniksaan336 this is fake news. The tiger was not an unstoppable beast as is portrayed. and the Sherman's 76 had enough penetration to go through the 100mm armor of the Tigers front. The problem had to do with the range at which they could penetrate the tiger tank. A Tiger could easily penetrate a Sherman at 1000m but a Sherman could not do the same to a tiger. If the range was below a KM the tank that shot first won. Range and the fact that every tiger had a radio was the germans key advantage. by the time the war was ending (well before this mission) the allies had designed ACPR rounds that were capable of penetrating 171mm of armor from 2km range. almost twice the thickness of a tiger's frontal armor.
Hearing the German language as protagonists in a triple A WW2 FPS is just...surreal. I never thought I'd see the day they get a story. Big thanks to DICE. RIP Tiger 237 "Stefan". Inaccuracies are present though, but it's just minor details: - the standard salute is okay for the Wehrmacht. It was replaced by the Nazi salute after the 20 July plot to ensure loyalty. - the first tank in the convoy should be hit, according to tank doctrine.
Hiting first tank in convoy was used only if destroyed tank would block way further for rest of tanks. On desert, like in game, tankers weren't using this strategy often besause it wasn't making any difference
When Müller surrenders... the cinematography and the story is brilliantly written. At the beginning Müller states the lesson from his father about "being there" meant being accountable. But it wasn't the lesson he learned as a child. Only when his friend is cut down by Schröder does the lesson become clear. And that isn't the Iron Cross he's throwing away... Müller is a member of the Knight's Cross of the Reich... the highest honor bestowed by the Reich to its most loyal of servants who distinguished themselves in battle and in service to the Reich. You're talking about a commander who had most likely met Hitler... or at the minimum... served at some point as a senior adjunct to a member of the high command. Müller isn't some pansy - this is a man who spent most of his career for the past 15 years, since the end of the first world war, as a career soldier. We're talking someone who was probably a major (very tough to see his rank but he appears to be a captain). When Kurtz goes down... Müller can no longer ignore his role. He throws away his highest honor... and surrenders. It's brilliant writing... and this mission was by far the best of them all. The Last Tiger could have been a game all on its own... following Tiger 237 from Africa to the fall of Berlin. Müller appears to be a mesh of several famous Reich tank commanders... Captain Michael Wittmann strikes me as one... Captain Hans Bolter strikes as the other likely inspiration...

Mein Gott. This is War Stories done right. Nazi germany was certainly an evil regime, but it is good to see a campaign from their perspective. This is a welcome change that adds a layer of depth to the wermacht and portrays german soldiers as human beings. This is a departure from the wermacht's usual portrayal in media as cartoon villains with zero personality. The best war story in the game by far. And today we also learned that the PS4 crashes to desktop.

Finally a ww2 game were it does not just say, "german bad america good." They show the struggles that they went through how they treated their own soldiers for deserting and the regret for what they had done. Not to mention the character development it makes you care about them and not see them as the monsters we made them out to be. This story alone makes the game a 10/10
This is by far the best tank campaign mission I've ever played. The story is rich, and I love how Peter began to recognise his mistakes he had made for fighting on the wrong side, or even fighting at all.
No matter the controversies, no matter the inaccuracies, no matter the developers, I'm happy the characters spoke in their native language. My favourite thing about the BFV campaign.
I'm very glad to have seen a story from the German perspective finally. For too long, we have only seen the war from the Allies perspective. That is not to say that the Germans did nothing wrong; I am not saying that at all. But to be able to delve into what was going on through the eyes of the German soldier, it was a relief. I hope that one day we will be able to have a game focused solely on the German perspective, like the mini-series Generation War. A fool's ideal, but one I hope becomes a reality
@@cp-4498 Except the part where they were basically in a fighting retreat as opposed to a delaying action. And the part where they were in a heavy tank instead of a Sherman with a 76mm. And the part where they were hopelessly cut off instead having a clear line of escape yet chose to fight on. And the part where all but one member of the crew is executed for "cowardice". And the part where the last remaining crew member is likely killed instead of surviving. So basically the only thing they have in common is "they were in a tank". Also, if anyone is actually surprised that Battlefield games are unrealistic then I've got to ask: "Where did you get the idea that they were?"
do you think Hartmann genuinely deserted during his scouting mission or did he go a little bit too far and fail to return to the tiger in time before they were forced to flee? Honestly this is the best story in the battlefield series by far. Leading your crew in a hopeless war, against an unstoppable enemy, fighting a war that you know is outright lost, but still has to fight out of duty for an insane, oppressive regime.
No its because it was an order he was told to leave the tank and scout for danger up ahead and after a while he failed his duty and hung himself like the other soldiers
See this is a perfect example: not many soldiers where Nazis, just soldiers fighting a war that they where unfortunately duped into by Hitler and his cronies. To them it was a war of patriotism. But to others it was just a war.
There was a comment here that says Allies were the NAZI, so here i will quote a quote from fictional character. "Everyone is a hero and a villain. And no one knows who's the victim or who's the aggressor."~ Brett Thompson, narrator of Ace combat zero.
That's the power of indoctrination - quite literally what the Hitlerjugend existed for. And it was Muller, the authority figure he looked up to, who reinforced it when trying to motivate him at the start. The party line. Schroder wasn't a monster - this shit is what happens when you brainwash children and throw them into war.
You can't blame Schröder. Imagine growing up in a country with propaganda 24/7. You can see when Müller ran towards Kertz he got confused but before he realized what he did the Americans showed up.
Just imagine if you had limited ammo and you could choose your own path. Once you run out, you have to abandon the tank and continue on foot. Man that would be a great game.
Why to Müller? He is the one who tells the story. So he can't be dead. We hear the shot but the screen went black. Maybe the one in the tank got shot by an american.
The story of this is amazing. it's really such a shame then that they had to dilute the rest of the game with a bunch of bs, and not even include the swastika. I would have bought it if it wasn't for that.
@@ursoj1235 Dont think so. Calliope missiles were not very accurate in hitting their mark as much as they have shown in this game. Almost more than half would miss in reality.
The end is great, it shows that even the enemies have feeling and just doing their jobs and also have emotions. Cod ww2 shows the Germans as emotionless enemies that keeps shooting untill their dead but its great to show the emotion and feelings the enemies go through. Example müller losing his friend kerts and surrendering when he know its over, It shows that even germans soldiers have feelings in them.
Hope next WW2 game can focus on eastern front, with both Red army and Wehrmacht perspective, from operation Barbarossa all the way to defense of Berlin
this scene is actually inaccurate, German gunners were trained to shoot the first tank on the line so that it would block the rest of the tanks behind this. i didn't like that scene at all. but it is gorgeous
This is really great and the best war story in my opinion but i wish we could get war stories from the us marines and the imperial Japanese army sadly they're not gonna making anymore after this ugh
Japanese where extremely brutal when it came t battle, with suicidal banzai charges and skilled in jungle warfare but eventually the US pushed them back to their island nation after 4 years of heavy fighting and nonstop naval warfare
Mr.M1Garand 25 so Japanese suicide charges and Torture of prisoners in the war story because the Japanese did that on Iwo Jima and Okinawa the marines did the same but only a few the Allied soldiers were taught to be kind to the axis pows and help wounded axis soldiers.
@@JohnJohn-pe5kr yeah, I'm not excusing that behavior I'm just trying to say it was be interesting to see a game about a lesser known side of the war a pow section would be unique to and a Chinese section as well to get a feel for what happened gaming could be a useful tool for education and we see that here slightly with the last tiger, I'm not trying to start an argument i just wanted to say what i wanted to say that's all
2 things I want to point out 1. In the beginning when they shot the back Churchill tank that would be unrealistic because back then if you were a tiger 1 commander you were trained to shoot at the first in lines tank and if you were a tank commander you have to be very experienced by first driving the panzer division tanks 2. the medal that the commander dropped was the iron cross medal it’s a honorable medal that given to the most loyalist high ranking soldier and it proves that they know how to keep loyalty by there side and care as an option of strength the iron cross was used by Germans for military for thousands of years and what I’m basically trying to say is that the iron cross he took off and dropped is saying that he wouldn’t need it anymore since he realizes that he’ll be dead and his loyalty is not a thing to his country anymore 3. This war story proves that both axis and allies are not 100% bad for what they done they both did what they can they both fought for what they thought was right they both had a job civilians in the world need to realize that in no matter country is at war you have to respect the dead and the living for the sacrifices
The Tiger tank, even there was so few of them in comparison to all other german armor the fact them caused to much damage struck fear in the hearts of all allied soldiers. Even the shout of TIGER! made everyone shake in thier boots. Compile that with elite tank crews commanding such a machine made them legendary in warfare.
The iron bridge in the beginning is in my Hometown in Cologne. The so called Hohenzollern Brücke. This Bridge Was destroyed in WW2 and then Rebuild. You can see the destroyed Parts are reassembled on the right side if you Visit this bridge. The left side was destroyed and then rebuilt on the right side a couple of meters away. Near by the Cologne Cathedral is a Shop with pics about the devastation about the bridge. My grandfather Was a steelworker and he Was part of the builders that repaired the Cologne Central Station. The Houses near The rhine on the left side stand in Real there as well. But there is the Cologne cathedreal missing.

Because, you know, the fact that he is telling the story and refers to his experiences in the past tense didn't make it fucking obvious enough.

@@swatb2719 I am german myself and I am shocked how easy it is to manipulate humen to let them do what you want them to do.
[It must be said, Germans have finally learned their lesson and now are so filled with shame, self-loathing that they are willing today to be displaced/eradicated by immigrants from Africa and the Middle East that are openly contemptuous towards German culture, history and people.]

RIP Tiger 237 "Stefan".
Inaccuracies are present though, but it's just minor details:
- the standard salute is okay for the Wehrmacht.
And the tiger didnt have a gyro stabilizer

True
Gets hit by about 50 Sherman’s: tiger fine slide down hill track breaks: true German craftsmanship right there

This is literally the german version of Fury the movie lmao
"Allied guns can barely scratch the thick steel skin"
@@Seductive_Duck Im pretty sure 2 Calliopes could've killed the tiger but ok
@@ursoj1235 Dont think so. Calliope missiles were not very accurate in hitting their mark as much as they have shown in this game. Almost more than half would miss in reality.
@@aknitus8882 One calliope missile could pierce a Tiger.
They were just hell bent on idolizing Sherman tanks..
And i thought "through mud and blood" was sad
Shit...
This is like a sequel to mid and blood since they are both so damn good
@@crusader1997 then the sequel to the Last Tiger shall be Thunder Run
The end is great, it shows that even the enemies have feeling and just doing their jobs and also have emotions. Cod ww2 shows the Germans as emotionless enemies that keeps shooting untill their dead but its great to show the emotion and feelings the enemies go through. Example müller losing his friend kerts and surrendering when he know its over, It shows that even germans soldiers have feelings in them.
Hope next WW2 game can focus on eastern front, with both Red army and Wehrmacht perspective, from operation Barbarossa all the way to defense of Berlin
Or they can make japanese campaign about ww2 in asia coz its always the "heroes" are being featured how about those enemies
No, every ww2 game HAS to have the americans as the main focus of the story.
asrigascanbe that’s becuase American companies make the games, or the games are made for American audiences
@@asrigascanbe You obviously have not played many WWII games then if you truly believe that.

Ammo Rack
Ho lee shet
Fucking campers and using premium bullets
Shitthunder player "wtf im retarded and play shit game"
this scene is actually inaccurate, German gunners were trained to shoot the first tank on the line so that it would block the rest of the tanks behind this. i didn't like that scene at all. but it is gorgeous
The quaility and ambience of these cinematics, is top notch
Tiger 1: nein sherman allowed
Sherman: why?
King Tiger: didn't you read the sign and it says "No U.S Units Allowed only for German Only"
That moment when the tanks name is Stefan 😂
Hello Stefan, look don't move i just need to repair you.
What are you doing, step-commander?
This is really great and the best war story in my opinion but i wish we could get war stories from the us marines and the imperial Japanese army sadly they're not gonna making anymore after this ugh
Japanese where extremely brutal when it came t battle, with suicidal banzai charges and skilled in jungle warfare but eventually the US pushed them back to their island nation after 4 years of heavy fighting and nonstop naval warfare
Resistance Commander don’t forget the rape of Nanking
Mr.M1Garand 25 so Japanese suicide charges and Torture of prisoners in the war story because the Japanese did that on Iwo Jima and Okinawa the marines did the same but only a few the Allied soldiers were taught to be kind to the axis pows and help wounded axis soldiers.
@@JohnJohn-pe5kr yeah, I'm not excusing that behavior I'm just trying to say it was be interesting to see a game about a lesser known side of the war a pow section would be unique to and a Chinese section as well to get a feel for what happened gaming could be a useful tool for education and we see that here slightly with the last tiger, I'm not trying to start an argument i just wanted to say what i wanted to say that's all
What about an Easy Company war story
Now imagine a noobie killing ur friend you've known for years
3:22
Panzer IV:don't mind me, just gonna find where my cannon is
That's when you realized you've piss off your mechanic
Or EA screws you over with a legendary tank with many common machine guns when you need that rare cannon
_Made in China_
its because its a panzer 2 i think
shawty It is definitely not a Panzer 2 haha
2 things I want to point out
1. In the beginning when they shot the back Churchill tank that would be unrealistic because back then if you were a tiger 1 commander you were trained to shoot at the first in lines tank and if you were a tank commander you have to be very experienced by first driving the panzer division tanks
2. the medal that the commander dropped was the iron cross medal it’s a honorable medal that given to the most loyalist high ranking soldier and it proves that they know how to keep loyalty by there side and care as an option of strength the iron cross was used by Germans for military for thousands of years and what I’m basically trying to say is that the iron cross he took off and dropped is saying that he wouldn’t need it anymore since he realizes that he’ll be dead and his loyalty is not a thing to his country anymore
3. This war story proves that both axis and allies are not 100% bad for what they done they both did what they can they both fought for what they thought was right they both had a job civilians in the world need to realize that in no matter country is at war you have to respect the dead and the living for the sacrifices
4. you are really bad at math.
@@sarthak.roy013
5. Lmfao
Iron cross was also given to lower ranking soldiers
4. shut up
@Joel they are still humans, blame the ideology not the soldiers.
Never have i wanted someone to be killed so bad than Schroder... Jesus Christ, i feel sad for the whole crew, except him.
Olly's reincarnation
Schröder is your loyalist that will eliminate anyone who deserts. Yes, the typical National Socialist style of loyalty.
@Prince Vegeta Exactly. Pretty sure if he got older, he would have been like Muller and the rest of the crew.
I’m pretty sure the Americans killed Schroder though
I'm pretty sure I can't tell if Müller or Schröder was shot first
одна из лучших историй в БФ5,браво,до сих пор в душе..

Fun fact: the Cologne cathedral Was a important Landmark for the american bombers and it was hit a couple of Times.
Battlefield V to Tiger:you can't one shot Sherman.
Tiger:Am I a joke to you
At last Battlefield 5 was able to show something that is sensitive too I am very sorry Kertz and Peter Müller. The Last Tiger will hope to return one day.
I almost cried. :(
And shröder was a real traitor
Lets not forget Hartmann too: he followed orders perfectly
One of the Best German narrative
When I say "One of", I am thinking of Generation of Wars could be the other one.
But Generation of Wars is based on infantry perspective. So this one could the best German Panzer narrative
BF doesn't have the balls to put the Swastika in their SP game like COD did. Smh.
They did to sell more in places like Germany, while Germany doesn't ban the purchase or selling of games like these, they don't advertise for them, not on a public scale anyway.
@@ninvathesecond9839 No, it's because there are such thing as thought crimes in Germany and if anything even remotely is controversial you are imprisoned jailed or fired for thinking outside of what you are enslaved to think. No freedom. So yes it sells more because there are places where it is illegal to have different ideas, let alone see the logos of different ideas. But hooray black power.
I don't know where you got the idea from that German people who "think different" would get "imprisoned" ASAP. XD I saw some "SS" Cosplayers at a convention just 4 weeks ago, (Wolfenstein Cosplay) and sure they had no Swastikas on them, but everything else was authentic, and people were OK with it. (They clearly were not imprisoned, fined, or anything the likes, and he wears this cosplay often - I asked him. :P)
DeepPoseidon well they did this in this game and battlefield 1942 as well. Again they did this to sell it in Germany because Germanic law is extremely strict with the use of the swastika. So by doing so DICE can sell it it Germany and advertise it there as well.
All this FYI
@@volkansgewehr2470
You're an emberrassing individual for running your mouth like that while showing off how desperately uneducated you are on the most basic notes of your own agenda.
Here, let me educate you while I'm here:
Symbols like the swastika are free to use and protected by free-speech, art, historical documentation, etc.
They are not allowed to be used for active public propaganda and advertisement of their respective political parties, which were forbidden as they violate the constitution of Germany.
(Inb4 whataboutism)
Revolutionary communist parties and their symbolism for propaganda-use are also forbidden.
There is no place in political work for organizations whose political goal is to avoid the democratic progress by violently toppling the government.
If you want to form a government in Germany, you'll have to go through the democratic election
Up until 2018 videogames were not considered "art" by the German USK. They were treated and classified as "toys."
No developer really bothered discussing or even fighting it in a lawsuit - unlike uneducated hardcore alt-right wehraboos such as yourself.
Just kidding, you wehraboos weren't doing anything. You were too busy spilling your idiotic mind on internet-comment-sections for everyone to see.
The USK revised its classification of videogames and games that could be classified as art get the righteous use of political symbolism.
Btw. the story of the last tiger in Battlefield V is a rubbish attempt at making a miniature version of the movie "Generation War" - a German movie featuring swastikas.
You're embarrassing. If you'd stop smearing the image of my country with your rubbish wehraboo cringe and your utter lack of education, that would be great.
You using that profile is an insult to both alt-right nazis and citizens of the BRD.
Have a good one.
Makes me think: Do you think they’ll make an Imperial Japanese DLC?
yeah
I mean... they did but no singleplayer campaign
I mean in cod WaW they had imperial japanese but i just wish they would being it back in new games
The plot maybe same goes like "letter from iwo jima" movie i guess
If they do they should give you a chi to
the ending perfectly encapsulates how Germans feel about the end of the war
In modern world, people are calling them murderers,non-humans and so on.What would they do if they were threaneted to hang on street.
A Lost Generation...Its what they are.Just children whose future were taken
Sad but true
Wow - so here is the point when people start feel sorry for III Reich and the fucking atrocities they commited.
Feel sorry for the Reich? never. Curse the nazi party and the things they did. But the normal soldier? Always. They did what they were ordered to do, or get executed. Not everyone in Germany was a nazi. That include most of the the Wehrmacht. I feel sorry for what they had to go through
@@Fyzzy4life
Nazi was an informal and insulting term for NSDAP party followers - which they were also among the Wehrmacht. Wermacht was actually complicit in the Holocaust.
Best war story they did for the game. I thought, from it's description, the crew would end up turning against the German Amy and all that. But it wasn't, it was in a way I wasn't expecting and I like that. I hope others also enjoy it
Gotta appreciate the attention to detail DICE has implemented into BFV. 12:55 when Peter flinches from the allied shell is just one of many small examples. Small things that make the game look good. Bravo DICE.
