Superb...... Ab mein sirf bahut saare gravy banaonga. Aur baaki sab simply boil kar rakonga. Jisko kya chahiye tab woh milakar serve karoonga. Egg, chicken, meat, paneer..... Kaam bhi kam. Toooo good chef ji...
When I make chicken at home I fry khade masala first and add finely chopped onions till golden brown , after that I add ginger garlic paste and saute till aroma comes and add my home made masala and saute ,immediately add water to prevent from burning ,add haldi,Kashmiri mirch powder and salt and saute till oil starts leaving the container, add chicken pieces and saute for a while and slow cook in low flame till the chicken becomes completely dry immersed in oil. I soak casewnut in hot milk and blend with tomato and add to the chicken and add little water to cook for a while . Sprinkle a pinch of kasuri methi , green chillies and cook for a while to get proper consistency. Add finely chopped dhania green. And serve with pulao or rice
Thank You so much chef, I tried with concentrated tomato paste, and used mixed nuts like watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds and boiled them to thick paste. The gravy turned out to be super yum, I am wondering how much better must be your pure version. In the end just grated boiled eggs to the make it a dish. My gravy lacked rogun though (did not have fresh tomatoes or cashews in my kitchen, so went with this alternative)

what if we add salt to the onions and then add tomatoes.
Salt separates water from tomatos and helps cook tomatos quicker
Should have added salt to onions.. it’s help in cooking the onions faster. Always season the food as you go..
